@@coryu.1022 Yeah, sorry. Meant to reply earlier when somebody else asked. I have to be honest with you, I don't exactly follow a recipe. It started out like Greg Doucette's (bodybuilding UA-camr) protein ice cream, but he uses ice, and I don't like that. I take parchment paper, and make 1 tbsp sized dollops of greek yogurt on a piece of parchment paper, and freeze them. How many dollops? Depends on how much I feel like making. When it's just mostly frozen, I put it in a blender with some protein powder (how much?...depends on how much protein I want and how many calories I want, and the protein powder obviously matches whatever flavor cheesecake I'm in the mood for) and about a handful of either frozen cherries, raspberries or bananas, because that's what I feel goes best with cheesecake. Blend it in a blender, and add skim milk a little at a time until the whole thing is just smooth enough to be blended. You want it smooth enough to flow, but way to thick to drink as a milk shake. I usually eat some right away as a soft serve ice cream, and put the rest in the fridge to firm up. If you leave it overnight, it may become too solid, so I usually eat the whole batch in a day, because it's a pain in the but to try and re-blend it the next day. Oh, I almost forgot the artificial sweetener....just add it according to your own taste. Vanilla extract, if you want, as well. I've even added a little cinnamon to simulate the taste of graham cracker crust sometime. Greek yogurt is just a nice ingredient to experiment with if you like a little bit of cheesecake-iness in some of your low cal recipes.
This sounds amazing! If I'm sharing with family, 8 slices is under 5 carbs per slice. And if I'm feeling greedy 4 slices is still doable for my macros. Winner winner either way! Thank you for your recipes!!

Omg...Rahul, I discovered something making this. If you mix peanut butter protein (pb2) with the oat fiber and a fresh egg white...you get, peanut butter brittle lol. Add oatmeal and you got oatmeal peanut butter brittle I made some along with the cake. I used coconut extract (couldn't find the vanilla off hand) and thought to myself...ok now this changes it. Remembered the delightful coconut cream pie most fatty I had 2 years ago and worked with that in mind. I used a pinch less plain yogurt and 1 extra fresh egg white over the recommended measurement you have, and put everything in the ninja blender! To a liquid. Then put over the crust and I cheated lol. I sprinkled 1 only (I crushed) gram cracker on top and put in 350 with water bath same time you did. It taste/similar texture just like that 24 gram fat 1 piece of coconut cream pie🤩! With this maybe what 1 or 2 grams fat like omg! I burn more just walking to my mailbox! Soon as I see my vanilla extract I'll do the cheesecake original as supposed to be here. You rock.
Rahul with parchment paper I've found if you crumple it up and then spread it out again it's way easier to have it stay in place and stick. This trick changed my life, I used to hate using parchment paper even though it's so useful because of how much of a pain in the ass it was.
This recipe sounds amazing! I am going to try it, but it’s freaking hot here so instead of baking in my oven, I will use my sous vide stick and make individual servings in small mason jars.
Another great low calorie recipe, my favourite baking/cooking channel now! May I ask how long did you bake the crust for in the oven and at what temperature? Can I also double the crust recipe for a thicker crust - but how much extra time in the oven it would take then?
after wetting the springform pan then crunch the parchment paper into a ball... hard...then open the paper up and form it into the springform pan..it will be MUCH easier for the parchment paper to conform to the pans shape...try it...
You could also blend cottage cheese to smooth it out and then add. I usually eat a slice about an hour before bed since cottage cheese is high in casein protein and good for recovery after a heavy workout.
Actually had the idea to make a savory version of the 0 cal graham crackers (just 0 regular crackers) after watching this, I just put them in the oven and I’m interested to see how they’ll turn out
Took them out a bit ago, so I basically made them just from oat fiber, water, butter flavor, and spices. I way WAY overestimated the salt I should of used so they are CRAZY salty and of course they were pretty crumbly. I might try again soon, they might be good dipped into soup or used as some kinda breadcrumb sub
Your crust seems intriguing. Definitely gonna try it out. But I'm not sold on the cream cheese-less filling and I don't want the aspartame in the Jello pudding mixes.
Thinking of making this…and I’m glad this doesn’t have the impossible to find fat free cream cheese! Quick question, when you calculate your calories, do you include the calories from things like vanilla extract? I know there’s like 12 calories from 1 teaspoon. Seems like you can quickly jump up to ~50 to 100 calories quickly with things like that.
I used imitation vanilla which has less cals than regular vanilla, so I didn’t count those cals. That’s a good point, I’ve just never tracked vanilla bc I use a small amount (and the stronger your vanilla extract the less you’d use)
I would argue those little things make all the difference, most people don't realize how many calories common things like oil have. Maybe not in this one case specifically but overall if you're trying to change your lifestyle
If you can’t find fat free cream cheese it’s pretty easy to make. Just put a colander (not metal) in a bowl, like the colander with cheesecloth, and add fat free Greek yogurt. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for a day or two. The liquid should have drained into the bowl and your Greek yogurt will have become cream cheese. You might have to drain the liquid occasionally if the level gets too high though
I tried one of those "0 calorie oat fiber" recipes and thought they're pretty disgusting. Guess I'll go with my usual (almost, except I am using whole eggs but it's just superior) fat free crustless cheesecake recipe.
I’m glad your video popped up! Cheesecake is my favorite dessert as well. I will definitely make this cheesecake! I just subscribed to your channel.keep them coming 😁👍🏽
