Delicious Fijian Coconut Fish Curry - Fish Suruwa

This dish from Fiji is a delicious creamy coconut curry , and is so easy to make. I've just finished eating it here thirty minutes ago as my Easter Good Friday fish dish. And am very happy to share my recipe now so you guys can make this for occasions like today, or just anytime you feel like eating a really nice fish dish.
