I seriously don't understand why people wouldn't run just outdoors (except if they serve on a submarine and can't). Running means feeling alive and is much more than a sport.

I've recently discovered Virtual Running videos and watched a lot of them. this is the best. Recovering paraplegic, your video is the best aid/distraction when doing physio. Felt like I was there running when really I was at home in my wheelchair doing my leg physio. Thank you I hope to see more of your videos

Today is December 26th 2023 and I just finished this run at a nonstop 3.7 pace with short bursts of 4.5 speed 💯

If you would like to vary the pace of video.
Press on the Cog symbol Top Right of video. There will be a menu to press that you can adjust playback speed. 0.75 works well if you prefer walking pace.
There are lots of videos available. Check out a few more and you will find something that suits a comfortable pace for you

This was a nice run, and I enjoyed the video, but I kind of wish you had stopped on the bridges and other scenic areas and just panned so we could enjoy the beautiful scenery a bit more!

Thank you. I use a GoPro Hero 11 and the Hohem Isteady Pro 4 Gimble
I just started making these with a gopro. How do you not record the breathing? Also, even with maximum image stabilization, mine shakes left to right with my steps?
If you use a gimbal this help with the shaking. Try keep a steady hand.
Is this chest or head mount?
