  • I couldn't separate scenes from overlays so you get both in one video. Watch me build out a new profile with default scenes.

This is one of the timeliest and most helpful videos that I could have hoped to find, Adrian! Thank you so much for putting it together. I used to be an Ecamm user a few years ago, and have only recently signed up again (as part of Ecamm's outstanding Black Friday promo). One of the things I was not looking forward to was building out scene templates in apps like Canva, etc.
Being able to do all of it in-app is absolutely brilliant, and I'm very grateful that you took the time to create this outstanding walkthrough of how to do it.
PS - It's wonderful to see that you're also a Kajabi user. I built my entire photo education business with Kajabi and use it for virtually every aspect of my website, product offerings, blog, and email.

This was really helpful. plus when I downloaded and edited the things you demonstrated I really got a leg up on using this platform. By using your models I created the two profiles I needed. Thank you.

Very inspiring! I have not been using ecamm to the fullest. Going to put some of these ideas into practice. Thank you for taking the time to do it right … some of us still have an attention span. 😁

Thanks Adrian to show us how to build scenes, You told that it’s possible to have a video in a box, I tried but I didn’t have chance to have audio, there is any way for that?

Open your preferences, on the first tab you have 'Automatic Overlay Allignment', set it to sticky.

How are you doing those zoom transitions to highlight certain windows and features?

Hi! Question on camera overlay and stream deck camera switcher. (Side note I’m still in trial mode of this has any effect) when I start a new scene the background is the camera and when I use stream deck camera switcher, switching from my computer camera to my rode streamer X running my Nikon it works fine. But if I add a camera overlay then use camera switcher in my stream deck it doesn’t do anything and won’t switch between the two camera sources. Any advice on this would be great. Thannks

The camera switcher won’t change camera overlays

So good! I have a question which you may address elsewhere. I want to be able to sometimes interview guests in other locations, and sometimes in my studio. Does the setup work the same? Remote is their camera, and in studio is a second camera in my space?

Q: when you have guest on and you activate a video overlay, once the overlay is done does it go back to the guest slide that was up previously before the I hit the video overlay? Thank you.

You want to duplicate the guest scene and add it after the video then set the video to 'go to next scene' after playing
