Hello brother. Got some tips
Keep working on your body kicks. Turn your hips over more and swing your arms out to gain momentum. The leg shouldn't be straight when you hit the target.
With your body knees, you throw them diagonally. You lift them at an angle towards the opponent. This isn't necessarily bad, however if you watch muy thai fighters, they bring the knee up and then they throw it out. This allows them to pierce through the body. Try it and see when and how you can use both techniques.
Also you talked about front kick/teep technique. You can use the ball of your foot (top) or the heel/full foot. it depends when and where you use them. Personally, I use the top of my foot for quick jabs into the organs (you can hit the liver from the front), and I use the heel to push them back.
One more tip, if you want to push someone with a front kick, aim higher, like toward their chest.
