Been doing this for years... mainly because of a bad knee making it painful to put shoes on while seated. Of course I usually do it in a doorway and let my backside rest as needed against the door jamb.
More formal movement assessments, can the posterior aspect of your calcaneus touch your anterior superior iliac crest. This, and nine other opportunities to teach anatomy, disguised as movement assessments in a book I’d never write.
watched this video while standing on my slackblock at my standing desk and realized that i've already drank this koolaid completely.... welp. i'm just enjoying this confirmation bias hahahah
Have been doing this for years now also at the end of the day I take my shoes off like this as well. Balance on one leg, untie, take shoe off, and then gently place on floor. Repeat with other leg. When brushing teeth wife always looks at me funny as I extend leg and go through ROM with hip knee as I balance on one foot.

I do something similar 😮
I don't reat my leg on my other leg. I flex my leg in front of me and put it on 😂
Increase the difficulty and use five finger socks 😂❤
This should be called the young man balance test. 😄
Finally did it without support😮
What kind of balance board here?
Y’all are old enough said
This is so true!
