We need a review of it with some classic Behringer synths (not Eurorack only). There's a lot of things like that that never recieved a proper review and was kinda abandoned by the masses. So i hope we see proper Radar and Victor reviews (also some new Space and Brains would be awesome)! Thanks Behringer!
brains is worth it , but, in my opinion, more so, for the drums , and the oscillascope in my opinion because, i did not like the fact of the built in VCA type behavior in my personal opinion, because i have ADSR's. and, i was alittle bit dissapointed with that. therefore, i prefer it for the drum sounds and oscillascope....... my wish is for, this new version of brains, is basically what the victor is, is, i hope that , it has a good bass synth on it built in which is promising since its based on the prophet. of course, good string sounds, is obvious. that it will have that. that is, my review of brains and thoughts of upcoming victor synth.... i think they knew in which, brains was lacking a few things which made it not great. now behrigner is making up for it with the new eurorack module. is my opinion. which is extra nice because it has a joystick too with CV output which is so neat.

So this is basically a eurorack version of the Pro VS mini? Wow, that's actually pretty smart! Will that be done with the other mini & micro synths as well?
no. as it seems this is a mono voice. it only has one v/oct in so there is no way to play this polyphpnyically. You can probably set it to play words, but you won't be able to play the individual notes of the chords.

But it can play chords. From the website: Synthesis models designed for pitched sounds like ripping leads, lush chords and ethereal pads.
@@FrederikAlkema I might be wrong. But the ad says usb is for firmware only. So I don't know how you would give it the information for more than one pitch

From the manual: USB-C SOCKET - use this socket to update the Victor’s firmware with the SynthTribe app, and to
control it using MIDI CCs. Please note that the Victor does not respond to MIDI note on/off. It can also be used to upload presets edited in the PRO-VS MINI.
So apparently you can use Pro VS mini presets. 👍

Does it have it's own looping multi stage env ?
It needs a 3.5mm TRS MIDI jack on it. A MIDI in gives the unit more versatility. The modern CV capable hardware sequencers usually include MIDI. Being able to address the synth via MIDI doubles the value but a slight increase in costs. But those should be profitable as well. Forgive me if I missed a MiDI in. But it doesn't look like it. I'm sure there's a way to do MIDI via computer USB. But a lot of hardware guys don't want ti use a computer or find some workaround device to comvert from jack MIDI to USB MIDI.

on your mini synths like the new digital ones we can't down tune to 432hz? That makes it unplaable vs my smaller gtars from mexico. They sound best downtuned a half step to 432. That's their sweet spot.

I am getting numbed out by behringer's prototype blitz with no shipping. I can't even remember all of what has been shown to us and then nothing shipped for years. I think I may pull my pre-order on the vector synth that was shown a couple months ago because est delivery is 2024(editnot2023). In fact, I'm unsubbing to stop being teased. Fwiw, I like my 3 behr synths that are actually available(2600,dm12,ms1), so I will just wait until new synths are in stock and avoid the waiting pain.
Yeah waiting on a edge has become a joke where I am because it wasn't a pre-order when I bought it , they said stock was available and then they where not , it's putting me off not because of a need for instant gratification but when another company relaeses something they have stock and it becomes available at a relatively reasonable time ,
They absolutely need to stop promoting things that don't get released for years. This feels like its just to push the company value up using hype. I do enjoy their products when they are available. Unfortunately they seem to be more focused on promotion instead of production. I would buy this but I don't expect to because by the time its available I will have found something else better.

i think the joystick would have been better as a proper stick and not a thumbstick, im obviously not going to be using my thumb on it so it will just be awkward
what's the point of announcing more and more products that never become available when there is a whole list of products you announced but not yet released or are never in stock.

When? I've tried buying 2 rack synth K2 and the new one then after paying was told ill get it between November and next year Mark. I took my money back
The K2 is widely available now .
I got my pro 800 in June, check its in stock before ordering if you want it fast, that should go without saying really.

Sooo disappointed Behringer made the Victor worse in their revision. Four separate V/oct inputs would have been killer and like a mini-Wavestate in a single module. Eurorack veterans with large cases and multiple controllers/sequencers would have loved it. Behringer listened and someone gave them bad advice.
