What's Swap Shop, please? I've seen it mentioned a couple of times and know of the old TV show, but that's it!

What really bums me out is the absence of actual vintage toys in any of these stores. Is brick & mortar stores selling toys from the 1980s and 1990s just an American thing or something?

I don’t know. But the 80s & 90s toys is my bag and what my channel tends to focus on. We find plenty pre 80s toys at the boot fair you’d maybe need antique stores to find stuff predating the 80s bricks and mortar wise!

@@geordieretrochasers6742 It's just weird seeing so many retro toy shops and not a single one of them seems to have any Power of the Force 2 toys, which are _everywhere_ in US retro shops!
Ditto for TMNT and original MOTU stuff.

It really bums me out too, I'm from the Netherlands and retro / vintage is much more available in the US. But then again, we aren't the US, Brick & Mortar is very expensive over here and how these stores (Henk Lee, Space Oditty, Game Over (not 'game on' ;)) survived for so long is a riddle to me.
