I love all the comments you find on these kinds of videos. At 23 years old I feel like i'm going crazy with all the crap infesting the entertainment scene. I tune into a video like this and i'm no longer alone. Now if only bars in the Boston area would play real music like Avett Brothers instead of Justin Bieber's "boyfriend", the world would be a better place.
You wouldn't believe how musically talented they all are...and that feeling that makes you want to laugh and dance is what classifies this as folk/roots revival (which is basically the same thing) music.
The Lumineers have gotten so big, it's amazing, someone the other day told me they were to mainstream. Well I said back that the only reason they are so popular is because the preform awesome music that everyone should like. not these other guys who use money to intimidate people into liking them.

I don't know what the first chord is called but it would be like playing a cmaj7 on the 5th and then slide down to cmaj7 and then amin7. and the second time through he slides up from the cmaj7 to the 8th fret and back to amin7. And the chorus is just C F C... I'm pretty sure on that I mean it sounds pretty close. Its hard to see what hes playing exactly in the video.
