Charlie Driver governor could've killed negan too negan is soft Rick governor and Merle are the strongest characters and fighters don't need to tell you that Merle got kicked in the head and ribs 30 times before governor started fighting him
Back when they had consistent walkers that followed the rules of the universe. As the show progressed the zombies became more of an inconvenience than a threat. Then they became a threat when the plot needed them to. Otherwise it was back to not even the hordes are that much of a threat. A whole horde being taken on hand to hand with no armor. Then shown characters with armor getting tore apart by super human strength zombies. Then flip flop back to guys dressed in chain mail and plate armor just kind of being annoyed by a full horde. The show went down hill after season 2. And went the way of Game of Thrones. 2 shows that didn't disappoint were Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
@@OldieWan the longer you live in a world filled with walker the better you get at dealing with them, you want them to still be running from a small group of walkers in season 10?
The first season was really the only one where the walkers were the main threat. Season 2, Shane was the main threat. Season 3, the Governor. Season 4, the plague/the governor again. Season 5, Terminus/trust in humanity. Season 6 - 8, the Saviors. Season 9-10 The whisperers. Can't speak on season 11, but I'm pretty sure it was the storm trooper people.
Shane's downfall was neccessary in order for Rick to become a savage, Rick killing his best friend made him realise he was capable of anything and that doing bad things is neccessary for others to survive.
i think shanes that one character that if he was kept alive or kept out of the show for awhile then returned would change soooo much, from the plot to if character survive or not. Not to mention the actor is world class at portraying these sorta characters and when he died the show missed him
Its Lori's fault that Rick & Shane's relationship went downhill into arguing, fighting and eventually killing one another. She clearly put them at odds, and she admitted that...
It's not really all her faults it's Shane he knew what he was not supposed to do and he did it so not really all her fault It takes two to make one mistake
@@TaziaCoop It doesn't take two actually. And it's not like Shane wanted to get rid of Rick in the beginning in the hospital, he did try helping him like he said. And he eventually fell in love Lori, I mean who could blame him? Rick and Shane were brothers. Promising to take care of Carl and Lori. I get what your saying... but the majority of what happened to Rick and Shane on the show is the cause of her.
@@FearToXic123 wdym who could blame him??? Lori is the wife of his best friend. Protecting the wife and child of a best friend ≠ slept with wife's best friend. Why is everyone blame Lori for cheating, but completely ignore Shane's actions. It was his fault, he caused his death himself.
I like the video, I do, but the last few minutes kind of drifted away from the Shane theme. I would have def showed the epic (NO spoilers for those who never watched) Rick & Shane confrontation at the end of Season 2 to end it.

If it was the other way around I'm sure Rick would go back to the hospital to check if Shane was still laying there. After they've escaped with Carl and Lori.
Shane is and wiill always be one of my favorite characters, it took all that pain for Rick to realize in the end Shane was ready from the beginning. ITS CALLED ADAPTING!
2:36 I wish they made more episodes after rick getting shot and focus on Shane, Lori and Carl dealing with Ricks coma and the start of the outbreak like this scene.
The fact that women can do this to men is insane. They can drive two life long friends and brothers apart from one another I mean shit an entire war was started for Helen of Troy. I've never met a woman worth killing my best friend for or starting a war for and honestly I hope I never do.
Shane was a good character. Resourceful, pragmatic, brutal, and way ahead of his time. At the end, Shane did what he had to do and Rick did what he had to do. If Shane had survived Rick, He would've been a beast during the apocalypse just like Daryll.
Hi everyone, I have logged back into this account after a long period of time off and to see that over 350,000 people have watched this video is quite frankly amazing and i thank every single one of you for the support you give me. :) Thank you, - Brandon
Shane lied. Rewatch the hospital scene with Shane and Rick. Rick was hooked on to a 4 lead (possibly a 12 lead) which monitors his heart rhythms. He was also hooked up to a pulse ox, blood pressure and capnography (possible nasal oxygen therapy) Long story short, that machine was not keeping Rick alive. It was simply monitoring him. Shane, a trained deputy who (in theory) brings multiple patients to the hospital a week, would know everything that I just mentioned. Also, why Shane would assess Ricks life by putting his ear to his chest to check for a heart rate rather than, oh I don't know, checking his carotid or radial pulse is BEYOND ME. Either way, Shane wanted Rick dead.
Tbh Shane did bad things after Rick got back. But Lori had made him love her and he found it hard for it too just stop straight away as soon as Rick shows up. If Lori hadn’t got with Shane. I’m pretty sure Rick and Shane would’ve stayed together. And nobody: saviours, terminus or the governor would’ve messed with them
Shane was ahead of his time because he adapted to the apocalypse so quickly when everybody else was still trying to get their heads wrapped around the fact that they were in the Apocalypse and that's what he was trying to tell Lori Rick wasn't built for this yet because he hadn't accepted it he was still in denial like the rest of them thinking it was some kind of bad dream and everybody was going to wake up and everything was going to be normal again but Shane kept telling them this world is not the same anymore and it's because of Lori Shane lost his life and never got to see his child being born and then it's so ironic that she had Shane's child and then her son Carl has to kill her after the baby had to be c-sectioned and without proper treatment that c-section meant a slow and painful death for her. Even though people hate to admit it's a lot of people were happy to see Lori go because of what happened to Shane and that wasn't just a fight that was a fight between two brothers two partners and it was so sad that Shane had to die like he died and then carl shot him in the head too after Rick killed him....smdh
The relationship between Rick and Shane was wonderful yet tragic. The show really went downhill after the third season. It got ridiculous and never looked backed. Although it has had it's moments since...the series stopped being what it intended to be after Shane got killed by Rick and season 2 ended.
I don't see how you guys would make the movies I just can't understand how everything comes together when all you guys are nothing but a family when your family gets together I do you guys look like you guys are just so real your son

Charlie Driver governor could've killed negan too negan is soft Rick governor and Merle are the strongest characters and fighters don't need to tell you that Merle got kicked in the head and ribs 30 times before governor started fighting him
This is kind of beautiful, in a way. It’s just things that happen in life
Yea man you gotta take the good with the bad
Like your point of view man
Who else misses when walkers were still the main point of the show?
The people surviving was always the main focus.
They never were...
Can't speak on season 11, but I'm pretty sure it was the storm trooper people.
damn Rick and Jessie look so great together....Look like a perfect couple
3:05 Look how easy it is for her to kneel on asphalt. Calloused knees from carpet burn. Shane wasn't the first.
I was the thousandth like, this was a well done video . Great work !
Thankyou :)
Shane's downfall was neccessary in order for Rick to become a savage, Rick killing his best friend made him realise he was capable of anything and that doing bad things is neccessary for others to survive.
Lori couldn't keep her legs closed for 30 days, after she thought her husband was dead... She was despicable, I hated her character
For everyone 6 years ago
Shane dies
Shane knew how things we're man, Rick took a page out of his book I tell you that, I miss Shane
we miss shane him was a good character a good man thank you shane
Jose Sanchez was a great character, was a good man turned crazy in a messed up world.
i think shanes that one character that if he was kept alive or kept out of the show for awhile then returned would change soooo much, from the plot to if character survive or not. Not to mention the actor is world class at portraying these sorta characters and when he died the show missed him
Its Lori's fault that Rick & Shane's relationship went downhill into arguing, fighting and eventually killing one another. She clearly put them at odds, and she admitted that...
It's not really all her faults it's Shane he knew what he was not supposed to do and he did it so not really all her fault
It takes two to make one mistake
@@TaziaCoop It doesn't take two actually. And it's not like Shane wanted to get rid of Rick in the beginning in the hospital, he did try helping him like he said. And he eventually fell in love Lori, I mean who could blame him? Rick and Shane were brothers. Promising to take care of Carl and Lori. I get what your saying... but the majority of what happened to Rick and Shane on the show is the cause of her.
Actually it wasn’t Lori’s fault, It was Shane’s fault…
@@The101genco it was complete Lori slutty ass fault
@@FearToXic123 wdym who could blame him??? Lori is the wife of his best friend. Protecting the wife and child of a best friend ≠ slept with wife's best friend. Why is everyone blame Lori for cheating, but completely ignore Shane's actions. It was his fault, he caused his death himself.
From brothers to enemies its sad i lowkey cried
This should of been in the show it is sooooo good. Well done 👌👍
I like the video, I do, but the last few minutes kind of drifted away from the Shane theme. I would have def showed the epic (NO spoilers for those who never watched) Rick & Shane confrontation at the end of Season 2 to end it.
Thankyou, yes i should of included that crucial part.
Hi All!
I would like to thank every single one of you for the continued support across my channel and especially this one specific tribute video i made 6 years ago now. The fact you guys are still commenting on this video today is just absolutely insane. So many things in my life has changed since uploading this video back in December of 2016 which seems so long ago now!
I just want you to all know i'm all good and have been doing a career in IT for the last 5 years (how the time flies!).
Who knows when i'll re-log back into this account again but i just wanted to say a big massive thank you once again for the support! 🙂

Hiii
Happy for you man, keep at it
It's still so heartbreaking 💔even with the song I wanna cry 😭 why do they make me wanna cry
Lori sings to rick "You got a friend in me"
You should start making more of these now the shows over, I’m sure the algorithm would be in your favor now. This is A1 quality!
And he's back to being a cop HELL YES!
I loved the video. Beautiful and sad 😔
I miss Shane he seemed like a really cool dude before he lost his mind haha
If it was the other way around I'm sure Rick would go back to the hospital to check if Shane was still laying there. After they've escaped with Carl and Lori.
I've never seen two prettier best frienda
The background music reminds me of the ending of "Heat" with Al Pacino. It works with this clip too
Thank you for your comment I was like where did I hear this music and it is from heat Blake thank you bro
Punisher
Yes that is Jon Beranthal's new role but he will always be Shane to us Walking Dead fans
Ah fuck why couldn't they have just killed off Lori and left Shane and rick alive...
Lori was pregnant
Shane is and wiill always be one of my favorite characters, it took all that pain for Rick to realize in the end Shane was ready from the beginning. ITS CALLED ADAPTING!
Shane was never ready. He couldn't adapt to people with different ideas. He couldn't survive, because he couldn't be part of the group.
@@DarthRushy SHANE WAS LITERALLY READY FROM THE START HE DIDNT NEED TO ADAPT TO PEOPLES STUPIDITY! MORON!!!!!!!!!!
@4:58
"Is there anything else i should know about?"
Bro already knows whats up just needs a closure.
Shane would have been an end gamer if he wasnt obsessed with Lori and Carl
This is beautiful. Great job thank you.
No worries glad you liked it :)
2023 and I just watch this show 🥹
2:36 I wish they made more episodes after rick getting shot and focus on Shane, Lori and Carl dealing with Ricks coma and the start of the outbreak like this scene.
Wow Shane really meant "your best friend is your worst enemy". Poor Rick had to put him out of his misery.
shane played by far the best role as police and friend to the wholse serie so sad he die
The fact that women can do this to men is insane. They can drive two life long friends and brothers apart from one another I mean shit an entire war was started for Helen of Troy. I've never met a woman worth killing my best friend for or starting a war for and honestly I hope I never do.
This made me cry because shane and rick were best freinds and it shows how it went down with the two.
ANGRY EAGLE 2.4.6 I like Darryl and ricks friendship
Should've kept the beard, Rick.
The caveman like rick was way more intimidating, stated by negan
Shane died way to early man,by far one of the best characters and actors to have ever graced the show
Thank you!!!!
Lori and Shane had something going on way before the downfall
Rick was more than reasonable about the whole thing. Too bad Shane didn't return the favour.
The first session was the best
The beginning is always the best
@@tamaku2903 agreed
Lori had Shane really twisted up
Shane was already mentally into the whole apocalypse thing it just took the others a while to follow along
Shane you in the John?
Poophead no he was in whori
Kid named the john:
Shane was a good character. Resourceful, pragmatic, brutal, and way ahead of his time. At the end, Shane did what he had to do and Rick did what he had to do. If Shane had survived Rick, He would've been a beast during the apocalypse just like Daryll.
It’s like a trailer for a movie who agrees
Hi everyone,
I have logged back into this account after a long period of time off and to see that over 350,000 people have watched this video is quite frankly amazing and i thank every single one of you for the support you give me. :)
Thank you,

Keep posting!!!!!!
❤️❤️ Thank YOU!
Shane lied.
Rewatch the hospital scene with Shane and Rick.
Rick was hooked on to a 4 lead (possibly a 12 lead) which monitors his heart rhythms. He was also hooked up to a pulse ox, blood pressure and capnography (possible nasal oxygen therapy)
Long story short, that machine was not keeping Rick alive.
Lmao you don't know shit
Even if Shane did take him the military would have Gunned him down in the hallways
Tbh Shane did bad things after Rick got back. But Lori had made him love her and he found it hard for it too just stop straight away as soon as Rick shows up. If Lori hadn’t got with Shane. I’m pretty sure Rick and Shane would’ve stayed together. And nobody: saviours, terminus or the governor would’ve messed with them
SKONALD GAMING yeah well I like Rick and daryl friends
i miss this walking dead
They've screwed this story up to a point to where the earlier seasons don't even matter
Great video bro ;D
nice video
and a good song with it
This is a masterpiece, amazing video!
Rick and Shane might as well have been brothers
Back when the walking dead was life
Show was amazing back then.
Love this it is awsome i just wish shane was still alive
I don't know why but this made me cry LOL
The relationship between Rick and Shane was wonderful yet tragic. The show really went downhill after the third season. It got ridiculous and never looked backed. Although it has had it's moments since...the series stopped being what it intended to be after Shane got killed by Rick and season 2 ended.
Shane and Lori's affair was a dumb move on the writers part that why shows and movies get on my nerves, because they do anything for drama.
Season 2 Shane and Season 6 Rick would be the ultimate duo against Negan
this is super video
Shane honouring ricks wish at 0:20 and yet ppl still try to say shane never cared about rick
This is great!
I don't see how you guys would make the movies I just can't understand how everything comes together when all you guys are nothing but a family when your family gets together I do you guys look like you guys are just so real your son
Sound from heat with Al Pachino and Robert De Niro
I know. I love it!
I hate that they killed off shane. They should have kept the best bros relationship. Shane becomes a better guy, and the three bad asses are Daryl, rick and shane
Wouldn't have been realistic, and the show is really keen on being realistic, as cruel as it may seem.
Plus surviving in this group takes more than being a badass fighter, it's also about staying sane.
4 bad asses sounds better Rick, Shane, Daryl And Merle.
Loved this video
When an "Old Friend / Rick / Your's Truly / Drew" is still alive and kicking even after the accident from years ago in the desert.
Great edit man 🔥
