Strength and Grace: The Mature Ladies Greece Flow

During our last Animal Flow Mentorship in Greece, a group of self-titled "mature ladies" got together to create this awesome Flow with Master Instructor Alisha Smith. These women may be a little more senior in age than some of the other Mentorship attendees, but their flow is fierce and their movements are smooth. Congratulations to Andrea DiGesare, Caroline Taylor, Jill Ladd , Joanna Butler, Kathryn West, Melanie Gotic, Tite Togni, and Veronica Palomba for bringing your power and gentleness to this beautiful Flow.
