It's unrelated to the video, but it made me wonder: as an SSC, don't you get lean shamed? ;) That's a serious question. You look more the way I'd like to look, but based on all I hear and read from Rip et al, this goes contrary to the overwhelming message regarding what SS stands for. Or at least you have to take care of being lean "in your own time", in spite of SS.
