Christian, that was a fantastic video. The set up and catch of the 32 inch snook in the middle of the video was great. Thanks for sharing your love for the everglades with us. Your becoming a great ambassador for the everglades.
Love it...we just finished our trip down there, and had an epic trip too. Ton of snook, 1 at 40" and a 37" cobia on an outside point. Keep up the great work, you motivate a lot of us!!!
Great day Christian, the scenery alone is worth the trip. You two really had the Snook down, but those Tarpon were pretty epic. Great video as usual along with your commentary works well for you. Keep Them Rods Bent!
What a fantastic video!! Ive never seen a video that REALLY shows swfl mangrove fishing for snook, reds, tarpon. Just WOW, I've only caught the magic in the mangroves like this once. Thank you! Let's hope the forecast turns. Bad temps for snook otw.
I have been using your weedless gulp shrimp technique in St Augustine creeks and had huge success. Working the sawgrass and oyster beds without getting hung while getting 3 times the bites over live finger mullet. Thanks brother
EPIC!!! Dang Christian this was an amazing video..tons of action, great fish and scenery and cool friendship w your bro...your red house guy gives this a 10 outta 10...God Bless brother..
🌴 well Christian this vid was an adrenaline rush accompanied by nature’s beauty great job as always , y’all need to hide an 8 wt fly rod on your boat just to add some extra excitement 👍🏼
This video shows me why I fish with spinning gear over casting gear. It’s the sounds that wins me over every time. Casting gear is super underwhelming when you catch a nice fish. Although the performance is better than spinning, I will glad take the lack of performance for more enjoyment.
Great Video!! May I suggest trimming that TM shaft down a couple of feet atleast. It was really holding you back on some of your cast. That little skiff doesn’t need that long of a shaft. Trim it down to just enough to get the job done. I have a shop Florida Skiff Co in Boca Grande area if you need help with it Tight Lines
Question about handling juvenile Snook and Tarpon, say less than 20”. I know larger ones should never be held vertically by the lower jaw, like lipping a bass since it can potentially break their jaw and cause other injuries. But from what I understand, that’s not a concern for juvi’s. I’ve seen arguments from some people that you should never lip even juvi’s. But I’ve also seen arguments that it IS better to hold juvi’s by their lip because grabbing them by the body is going to risk doing proportionally more damage to their slime coat. What’s your preference and are you aware of any scientific studies on juvi Snook mortality from handling them one way or the other? Because the only studies I’ve ever seen show it’s only harmful to large Snook but doesn’t harm small ones.
Your new video is awesome. Great background music, great voice. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NET!!! Not sure where you got it or why, but as you said it’s time for a new one!

Great video. The 3 inch NLBN is the only lure that caught fish for me today. Little Manatee River Hillsborough county.

Support them when you can 100%. These ones were so tiny I don’t think it matters.
