Dana, great tips and well done. Love your red tool box - I got one too! Was eating at Subways sometimes 3 times a week. Found I can easily replicate the experience at home with the right ingredients for I'm sure half the price. Great to see you and thanks for doing this! Pete

Hi Evie! I used to have a Yeti mug too but i lost it so i got a replacement mug at Goodwill. The Yeti was amazing, especially the lid, it didn't leak! Thanks soooo much for watching and commenting, i really appreciate you 🥰❤️
Great video ❤, i carry a contigo water bottle and i love it, and i am replacing my plastic ware as they wear out, slowly with glass. 😊 Thank you for sharing ❤
Hi Rachael, its so great to see you! It’s a wonderful idea to slowly replace the plastics! Thanks sooo much for watching and commenting, i really appreciate you!! 🥰 ❤️ 🌸
Hi friend such good tips. I buy LED bulbs at Dollar Tree. Just bought more this week. I too love my crockpot so much and use it all the time. I found my calphalon cookware at the thrift stores little by little. We have a Senior Center here with a nice pool and weight room for 50+ and they have classes too. You just have to make yourself get up and go! It's $50 per year.
Hellooo Candis, its great to see you!! Thats a great tip, i'll have to pick up LED lights from The Dollar Tree next time i need some! We are both super thrifters, sounds like you picked up some great cookware from the thrifts...there are so many useful items to be found, just takes some patience. I love your senior center! Such an amazing deal, its so important for us over 50 to stay active. Thanks soooo much for sharing your frugal buys, my friend, i really appreciate you!! 🥰❤️
Hi Shirley, its so great to see you! Yes, i think trying to minimize plastics is something to be more conscious of, for sure. Thanks so much for watching and commenting, i really appreciate you!! 🥰
It’s such a useful tool to have around the house, you'll find little repairs are so much easier! Thanks so much for watching, i appreciate you!! 🥰 ❤️ 🌸
That coffee thermos reminds me of an old Garfield comic where John told Garfield he should limit his coffee. Garfield goes "OK just one more cup" and then pulls out what appears to be a giant gallon cup.
Hahaha yes I love my big coffee cup! It makes me feel like I’m having an extra-long morning! Good to hear from you Cariocajin, i hope you are doing well!! ☕️🥰❤️
@@danafindwell I'm always doing well !😅. Thanks for asking ! 元気. It's always nice to be busy paired with a cup of coffee... or a huge mug.🤣🤣🤣 Best feeling ever !
I wish I could talk to you how about different tools I'm the one that does the leather business I have my own leather shop and I still work a 40-hour week job welding
Hey there Capt Bob, its great to hear from you! OMGosh, you probably have soooo many awesome tips and knowledge about tools!! I don't know a lot but i can get simple things done around the house. Thanks soooo much for watching and commenting, i really appreciate you!! 🥰❤️🌺
These are great tips. I do disagree with #5 -- LED bulbs. I treat myself by using old-fashioned incandescent bulbs. I have what I hope is a lifetime supply squirreled away because, sadly, these bulbs can no longer be purchased. For me, it's the quality of the light that makes a huge difference. I find LED lights to be cold and blue, no matter the Kelvin rating.
Hi Elizabeth! I totally get that, incandescents have a lovely glow, maybe one day LEDs will get closer! Have you tried the warmer colored ones? Sometimes they are a bit too yellow for me. Thanks soooo much for watching and your wonderful comment, i really appreciate you!! 🥰❤️🌸
My age is 66 years old and I live in a camper because it's a lot cheaper my lites are 12volt and I use LED lights in there too whenever the power goes out and nobody has power especially in the winter time I still have power battery power my heater motor runs on 12 volt and I burn propane gas
Hi Capt Bob, I think as we get older it becomes even more necessary for us to be frugal and save. It sounds like you really are doing a great job of making it work for you! Very resourceful AND knowledgable!! 🥰❤️🌺
I was at 🎯🎯🎯 recently, I debated whether to get a box of mason jars. I have noticed that I’m utilizing Tupperware’s more, but some food stains the plastic. Your idea of using mason jars as cups is a great idea 💡 🩵💙🤍
Yep, mason jars are great, you can use them in so many different ways! Thank you soooo much for watching and commenting Kokomo, i really appreciate you!! 😊
I agree with you also. I use mason jars too. I replace the lids sometimes when it gets a little rusty, but it takes a long time. Replacing just the lids is more cost effective.
