I have never seen a HPS fixture using an external glow starter instead of an electronic starter before! Very interesting design. I bet this is a special sterter and not the standard S10?
My neuw fixture Schréder GIE grouo: RT3 (29 fixture in this moment) have a heterodyn ignitor with glow starter integrated on it and he are made by Swiss company called Bag Turgi i never seen this device like that before it's really strange for me (in this moment)

The XPP10 is SOX, then you have the HPP10 with TL-E or TL-EM (which is the clear version) and then you have that yellow MV version
