It has for me. I'm 69 years old and I've had it for at least11 years, with counts ranging from 600 to 980. Shifted diet, supplements, exercise and stress, manage to get the sleep I need and take aspirin. I have had no symptoms, knock on wood. I will say that the fatigue I did have some experience with changed, with chinese herbs, acupuncture and regular activity.
What do you mean by improve? This is the big dilemma with MPN's ..........to "medicate" or "wait & see". The latter is great until or if an event occurs. Then you have no option.
Robyn is my hero. :-)
Is your slide deck available?
Is it possible to have ET for the last 11 years and actually improve without any medication at all?
