pour éviter la pourriture des tomates et des poivrons, il faut donner des mineraux comme le calcium que l'on peut apporter sous forme de coquilles d'œufs broyés au pieds de la plantes.
L'azote vient du fumier des animaux le mieux c'est de le faire viellir pendant une année pour réduire les contaminations dû aux œufs des parasites intestinaux.
