How is the microphone on the GATE Dynamic Driver in-ear? I just ordered the TRUTHEAR x Crinacle ZERO: RED, but it doesn't have a microphone option. So, I was thinking of purchasing the TRUTHEAR GATE just to get the mic cord, which makes more sense because I'll be getting the cord and another pair of in-ear monitors.
It’s okay, about on par with other mic cables that cost between $10 and $20. Not a bad idea to do it this way, you get a mic cable that’s probably worth around $10 and an IEM for $8.
Hi, is there a big difference in sound between the Zonie and the C8? In my country, the C8 only comes with a mic, so I'm thinking about getting the Zonie instead.
Is the Mirage as good as the zonie? Loved the dark brown that looks like black and the 4 core but was wondering. Also, any microphonics? Or have you done that cable yet?
I haven’t tried the Mirage yet although it looks to be similar to the Zoe, mainly the 4 core twist instead of braid. I worry it has the same memory and springy-ness problems as the Zoe. I will probably end up reviewing the Mirage at some point, a few people have asked for it.

I bought this a couple of years ago, it's a decent cable & pretty soft like you said & not expensive.
I like it, actually been using it a lot lately.

Are these lighter than the Zonie because they are 8 core? Love the Zonie but sometimes I would like a little lighter cable.
My C8 is 24.8g. My Zonie is 30.5g, so yeah the C8 is lighter.
