Thank you so much , tiis is exactly what I am experiencing. But I couldn’t figure out in what way this process work. I acknowledged it was a healing process (the separation and the pain that result and the disconnection of the heart then the return to my higher self) like I have to overcome, to get stronger, but it didn’t resonate profoundly. It’s like you gave me an other perception which feels like it’s what is happening every time and to be able to put new words on that is so helpful, thank you so much 🙏🩷

Good stuff as always - but, isn't a misnomer to say that the soul is confused or things are intense for our soul? The only confusion and intensity comes from our human mind. We only experience the pain because we can't see the bigger picture yet of which our soul already sees.
