thanks for the vid reggie, made me remember mom and how we used to play PS1 games back in the 90's. Treasure your time with mom you never know when they would be taken away from you. this vid made me cry.
Madam Radical, we salute you! Reggie wears it on the outside what a wonderful person and mother you are in his life. Thank you for giving us Lord Radical Reggie!
Awesome vid Reg. My mom used to play Donkey Kong and Mousetrap with me on Coleco Gemini. She'd always laugh when the barrels fell on her head. Me and my dad would be like jump the damn barrels!!
You got a super mom ,)My parents allways supported my passion for video games growing up.My father actually became a gamer thanks to it.He was very into PS1 back in the day, and I still play with him. After I mover, I gave him my PS1, so everytime I go to their place, we can have some fun together like the good old times.Great vid Reggie ,)A big hug from Portugal
Lovely video, Reggie. My mom is a gamer herself. Not so much with modern consoles, but I've seen her play my original Nintendo and she played the Atari back in the day when I was little. She plays on the PC mostly. I've seen her play Neverwinter Nights and such. She also plays D&D with her friends.
Thanks for sharing this Reggie. When I was young, my family and I moved a lot. My dad was guilty for this. During those moves I was so afraid of loosing my games and consoles, but thanks to my mom this never happened. When I left home to go to college, my mom kept my games for years. All of them! A couple of years I asked her if she had my games and consoles and she said yes. I got my old stuff and looked like new. No sun damage, or tear labels. Moms are the ones who get you into the hobby, not because they care about games, because they enjoy watching their kids happy. PS She used to beat me in Dr. Mario!! She got so good at it !! haha
The saying "black don't crack" certainly applies to you mum reggie. She doesn't look like she's aged a day since your childhood pictures. Great video dude.
Loved seeing you with your mom Reggie. My mom passed away close to 2 years ago unexpectedly but one of the last things she told me was "May you Never grow up. Every adult should have a child side." I am 43 now, married with three grown kids, still a comic collector and gamer, just have alot less time with to do either now.
My mom was the reason I got into gaming. She played before I was born, and we bonded over LoZ. She still plays her DS/3DS and I just got her the NES and SNES classic. She was so excited this past Christmas!
yeah your mom seems like an easy-going and supportive mom. just like mine! I rarely bother signing in to comment but I had to for this video...just to say we're both lucky. my mom is awesome and yours seems equally cool.
ahhh love this video! very rarely do you get to see a parents perspective on how we grew up and what not..often its just us having to tell our memories! such a wonderful video :D you and Mama Reggie are awesome!
What a sweet video. I can remember my parents getting the Atari 2600, Colecovision and Vectrex for my brother and I when we were young back in the day, which started my passion for video games. I still have those vintage game systems with their original boxes. Thanks for sharing your story.
All the moms from the 80s/90s knew video games can help keep your kid off the streets, what’s great is she nourished the love you have for games, it’s always awesome to have support ♥️
Dude your relationship with your mom is admirable. The only game I played with my mom was randomly enough Tekken 2. She would always go Michelle. Great video man
Aww that's nice to have your mom go back with you on your gaming memories. My first console was the N64 with Banjo Kazooie at my 11th birthday. My mom played quite a bit of Diddy Kong Racing with me but that was about it. :)

Hi Reggie, just found your channel recently and have to say incredibly good content. Awesome video, can't wait to catch up with everything else and catch your new stuff!
So awesome Reggie! Lucky man to have a mother like her. My mother helped me save up the cash for the Playstation as well. This brought back memories of my mother, we would play Legend of Zelda all the time. We went to the local Toys R Us and picked up a copy for $50 plus dollars. Birthday cash came in handy. She passed back in 2003 and her favorite game was THE SIMS on the PC. My mom was cool and she supported my gaming all the way!!! Thanks Reg! You should have your mother review some games. Peace!!
