Wow! thanks Bibs! Your voices is better than a TV Narrator's. I could listen to you all day. Thank you for this education in soap making. I will be buying the book and doing my first CP very soon. You're fantastic!💥💥💥💥💥👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I’m ready for more of your videos! Thanks for the ones you’ve done so far. Im a 4+ year soaping veteran looking for a better system…. I FOUND IT! Thank you!
@@MadeinBibs hello uncle Sam. I have shown ur videos to many people in market but they refuse to make molds u made.. I guess I'll have to do it myself. Wish I could use that drill blender someday.
Just wanted to take the time and let you know the 4 videos you put out were absolutely phenomenal. I showed the last video to my 10th grade class, my students absolutely loved your process, some were even thinking about taking a crack at it. Please note, you’re knowledge and expertise are going to influence the next up and coming generation of soap makers! Thank you again! My students love it!
You are a verry talented carpenter your mold and soap cutter looks fabulous your videos are verry interresting The book that you are using is the first one I but and I learned à lot
Hi. Great video! When pouring EO, try holding a stick next to the bottle. That way, it will not run down the outside of the bottle causing a mess on counter. Also, have you thought about using tallow or lard instead of palm oil?
I love your videos. My wife is on her new path of soap making and I am a woodworker and love your homemade gadgets( right up my alley). You've really helped me out ,thanks and God bless.
Well hope your doing well, like to ask you some question, really like you tools for the exchange I can make plan in a PDF format, Let me no if that good with you?
Could you please provide the percentages for all the ingredients and the super fat so I can resize the recipe to fit my molds. This will be my first time making soap and I want to use Soap Calc to get the right amounts. Thanks!
Thanks for your comment! I’m really sorry, I’m not sure how I would do the percentages. But the book I used (Soapmaker's Companion) will probably know how to do that. I wish you the very best…..it really is a simple, good soap recipe!
If any one is interested, this is his recipe converted to percentage. I don't know anything about milliliters so I didn't figure that one. It is as close as I can get that is logical. All of this fits like a puzzle but sometimes the puzzles don't quite fit for certain recipes that people get out of a book. This is extremely close and will produce the same thing. The end result though is the amount of lye is the exact same. OO = 41.2% CO = 31.4% PO = 27.4% Honey = 2.265% Water/lye ratio = 70.92/29.08 SF = 8% He should produce a 5.77 oz bar according to his info he gave And an extra note, using the bottles he has, he could have premixed 2811 grams of a 50/50 solution inside the bottles by using a funnel and then top it off with the rest of the water to wash down the lye. After that, add 2022 more grams of water to the oils which will give the same water/lye ratio. Those bottles will handle the heat so just put the cap back on and shake the bottle. No fumes and don't have to go outside. He probably already knows this but he is making a video. Just use an oven mitten to shake the bottles and loosen cap temporarily for pressure to escape.
@@MadeinBibs No problem. I have been making slab cutters myself so I can say with appreciation how really nice your set up is. I kind of went the route of one cutter being able to do it all. It will cut slabs into loaves into single bars but since its an all in one design its not as quick as yours but I think you have a really nice system and it has tight seams.

Wow!!
Thanks, Caroline!
Hi,
I have learned lots of from your videos, I think you have added some ingredients in olive oil?
Genius👌
I appreciate that!
Just starting out, and was excited to find this video! I feel more confident to give it a go after watching your video . A big thanks!

“It doesn’t look like cupcakes.” Well said, sir!
(I like cupcakes, but I want my soapmaking to be simple!)
I love this soap. What is the weight of each soap?... is it a laundry bar soap or multipurpose?
Thank you! Each bar is approximately 4.5 ounces. It is bar soap (for washing your hands and body), not laundry soap.

If you tell me the amounts of each oil he used I could tell you. Takes me about a minute or two so its not out of my way. Would be glad to help you.
Please, I make biodiesel and I have glycerin. Can I use glycerin instead of palm oil? Thanks for understanding.
I don’t know, sorry!
Where do you sell your soaps?
Mostly from home and word of mouth.
Simple, beautiful bars of soap. Also, I love your soap molds and cutters. All designed beautifully. Thank you for sharing.

what is the ingredient of essential oil
lemon+?
Just lemons!
