F-35, F-16, Atac Mirage F1 | Plane Spotting at Luke AFB

While plane spotting at Luke Air Force Base, we see the F-35 Lightning II (tons of them!), F-16 Falcon, and the Atac Mirage F1.

I read on ATAC website, and I think they are based in Dallas, is it real ?
