Luke Days 2024 Airshow | USAF Thunderbirds | Static and Aerial Displays

- Today I went to the Luke Days airshow at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Arizona. There were quite a few awesome planes on static display as well as some great aerial performers, including the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. There was a great mix of vintage aircraft as well as new aircraft. Even had the Tesla Cybertruck there!

Was there, great time sat. Watched them practice their shows last few years at nellis, knew a member of team. Sat right out on flight deck..

It was my first air show, and it was awesome! I am from Oregon, and I will be back for another show hopefully next year!
Very cool! Glad you had a good time at the air show. Just a heads up though, they usually only do shows every other year at Luke. So the next one won't be until 2026. But Nellis in Las Vegas should have one too.

We have A 10 squadrons at the Air Force base where I live .
I went on Sunday. The weather wasn't that great but man the sound of those F-35's was intense. You could feel it in your bones. Good show. Been waiting 6 years for this.

Bit cloudy on Sunday when I went
I was there and a t-33 passed by and it was super low
As an Infantryman, I have to tell you that the A-10 is our best friend! You know all is well when you hear BRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPP
Oh man no doubt! Thank you for your service! The A-10 was also my grandpa's favorite aircraft. He served 20 years in the Air Force and always told me his stories about his service days. Loved it!
