Chris deserves the attention, but Fefemz deserves it just as much if not more.

It shows how western media is alienated from the world of competitive rhythm games. They know about one famous name and then full stop. I've been playing since march and am comfortable at level 6 right now but am trying to push past into the higher single digits and its proving to be very difficult. I know I'll get it eventually, though. The game is very addicting.
Keep practicing! If you think you're good at handling level 6, you can try level 8 or 9. I really think level 8 and 9 are still pretty easy for level 6 players But it introduces you to higher level gameplay and harder step combo, like pressing top left and bottom left at the same time repeatedly. Some songs even also make you press 3 steps at the same time (usually top left-center-bottom right combo, you'll NEED it on higher level)

I started from S6 and went to S15 in two months (I had VSRG experience, so it's a matter of building leg memorisation), but I've been stuck in S18 since July. I play solely for the sense of achievement, much like Fefemz, but I've developed preferences with several composers in the game, namely MAX and nato. My highest priority is passing a chart, especially when I try to fight to maintain my healthbar during the hardest part of a chart. Sometimes I got too preoccupied with the notes on screen that I have to wait in anticipation whether I pass it (blue A) or not (cracked A). My fitness is nowhere near an athlete, but I can walk a bit further than an average person. I lost 3 kg playing this, so it's a good exercise too. When someone asks if I work out or not, I just reply "I step arrows in a game in a mall twice a week. The gym is too expensive (I did the math)". If I keep playing, I might be able to pass S21 by December 2023.
September 2024. My first S21 was Everybody Got 2 Know (Phoenix uprated it from S19). Can't play S20s consistently yet, but I'm improving my twists at least :P

My local movie theater used to have a DDR machine, but they recently removed it from their arcade :/ Luckily on zenius I vanisher I found a PIU machine near me. I started playing a couple of weeks ago and I’m now doing S10-S13 songs

Tonight I went out to a barcade I'd never been to and found they had a PIU XX machine, so I decided to give it a try. Shiiiit its such an awkward transtion. My brain just always wants to hit the DDR arrows and always ignores the middle step. I could easily do 8-9 foot songs in DDR Ex, but finding myself struggling with anything over S5 in PIU, even though the songs should be easier in theory.

Cam't play this game anymore because I'm fucking crippled lol but I was proud of the fact I could get an A on a 12 playing on my toes and double stepping every single twist. I had to play much faster to make up for the problems with my legs and feet.

he is good but also has modded pads in his arcade. a modded pad is NEEDED to play well on D18+. in my arcade the pads are so shit that you have to put your entire weight on one note for it to be lucky that it doesnt break on a hold. Its not possible to beat the lvls he plays without a modded pad. (for those who dont know what a modded pad is) = They made the Pads more sensitive so you dont have to put any force at all for a step to register. This makes Heel and Toe viable and is also alot more comfortable.
More or less. There's a just a good pads in tournaments the steps needs to be sensitive, do you remember big one Colombia? I was being close to go but chuchinz defeated me on dement 23 before the selection.
FEFEMZ's achievements are by far #1 in the world. He is the only one to clear more than one D28 (in fact, three). He has an S rank on a D27 (Vacuum Cleaner). He has SSS ranks on six different D25's. No one even comes close to what FEFEMZ achieved on Pump it Up. One tournament result should not negate this fact.
Aunque nos duela como mexicanos, la verdad es que Fefemz hace mucho que superó al Wero y cualquier otro en cuanto a la lucha por el mejor de la historia del PIU. Simplemente cuenta los años que lleva como mejor del mundo, y te tienes que remontar hasta el 2013 y hasta la fecha sigue siendo el mejor del mundo.
Las rolas qué hay ahora no se comparan a las de antes, antes se jugaban doubles 21 sueltos y hasta ahí, ahora no creo que se pueda jugar un doubles 27 suelto así que no digas mamadas jajajaja

DDR and PIU players always impress me because it’s harder to move your feet faster than just your fingers or hands like with SDVX and other games
