Covid 19 brought me here. And johnny’s book page 130, his “commercial”. It seems fitting this was his final show, an artist to the end, the crowd was very gracious and patient, he’s trying his hardest. We love you Johnny.
We would expect no less from the people of SWVA. I was a great final chapter to an amazing book. I had the chance to tour the Johnny Cash Museum and his story is beyond belief. Thank you for watching us during all this
He was very brave to make this appearance. He had recently lost June. He knew he wasn't well, but he still made this appearance in support of the loving family with whom he shared the decades long legacy of the American Treasure; The First Family of Country Music.😊😊😊
Johnny Cash is a legend and will never be forgotten. Not only for his amazing music, but also his fighting spirit. He was an addict who fought addiction for years but still kept doing his best, he was a man of the people who spoke up against injustice (see his song Man In Black for instance), and he was just an overall good person who believed in trying to leave this world better than he found it. I know it’s hard to see him like this, but it shows how much of a fighter he is even until the end. RIP to the Man In Black.
Else is the mother from susanne. She weep so 😭, and two nome is schoknecht. And it gives so much fotos Photo after the war. And in the sky to look Abraham left as a ghost. She is not Rita or Barsch but you problems than he is a problem mater
Yknow....despite his age and infirmaties.....he actually sounds really really good.....and still sounded good on the guitar.....he was very impressive....
Me neither. I was never a fan of him or his type of music. But actually, not only was he ill and dying, he had just lost his wife a few weeks before this performance. But, a musician would always push forwards for his/her fans.
I was there at only 12 years old! Huge shout out to my parents for taking me. Blessed!!!
I was in the womb💁🏻♀️😅
Johnny cash é maravilhoso ❤

14:11 i just can't hold this tear in
It's a hard video to watch for sure. Such a legend. Brought a few tears to see him like that. We were blessed to see him
@@ArctvArc I’m happy he was blessed to have love like that in his life!
Can we ever really thank the Carters and Johnny enough?
No way.
While some see a man diminished here, I see a man proud and honored.
The Airman In Blue
God Rest Ye Merry Men
Thank You JRC for your service
thank you, arc groupe
I've been there live! Will ever forget!
God bless him. xx
Holiday/4th of July weekend. June Carter had died a few months earlier. Johnny was bereft. I was there.
Really? Wow! What an honor.
We love you, Johnny.
God bless you.
Rest in peace...
Simply the Best!!👍👍
glad he still had a sense of humour
WOW!!!
And I live down the road
This must have been his last performance. May all RIP.
Two months later he was gone🙁
Date is July 5 2003 not July 7
Thank you for the correction. It was many years and an editor before my time with the company.

Kinda wish I 'd never seen this.
Do you mean that in a good or bad way?
Yknow....despite his age and infirmaties.....he actually sounds really really good.....and still sounded good on the guitar.....he was very impressive....
Respect. If we’re fortunate enough, we live a long life. My parents and sister did not. This is a special video.
Didn't like seeing Johnny in that shape

I bet he didn't like seeing himself that way either. It's life, not an easy aspect of it.
I know what you mean
I am 76 and I'm not liking what I'm seeing.
I am sure everyone there was glad to see him. He was an American treasure. Folks showed him love and respect.
