Excellent vid, exactly what I needed to see to be confident to do it myself. Do you like those EBC pads? They cost 1/3 as much as the BMW dealer is asking for OEMs.

Hey buddy, nice video.
My question to you is, how tool(s) did you use to put back the pin which hold the pads in place? I used to use a screwdriver and a hammer, but it's kind of though task with these.
I really liked your video and I'll make one of this in portuguese to my brazilian audience! 😉✊🏻💨🇧🇷

Thank you for the kind words ! I used a rubber mallet and a small punch so pretty much the same as yourself 👌

Oem pads are organic or sintered ones?
Those EBC are organic ones, correct?

Good question, I’ll have to double check.

On my 2017 model the factory Brembo fronts are full sintered and the rear is organic. I replaced mine with a full sintered front and a semi-sintered rear.
