ever since I first heard Danny sing this six years ago, it was a favorite. Danny's voice always floors me.... just when I think he can't get any better, he goes and tops himself. This became my favorite Christmas song years ago when I heard it on the radio and ever since I've been trying to find the person who performed it but have not. I've heard so many perform this song and it always sounds different than that time I heard it but when I heard you sing it, this is the first time I've heard this song performed sooo beautifully after hearing it on the radio. It was soooo good, I love that you kept most of the song faithful to the original...and you were able to hit those notes so nicely and your voice has such a pleasantness to it, that it's just sweet to the ears of the listener. Praise God for your voice, heart, and willingness to follow His plan!

I love how the arrangement of the song was made. Very soulful and striking. Not much of a high notes to the point that it's already irritating to the ear. From those low notes and those whispers, its just the best male version i've heard so far.

This is my favorite song - of all songs of all time. I love this time of year when I can play it over and over without being judged like I am in June and July. The message of hope is eternal - the gift that God gave us in Jesus is for all days. I have been a fan of Danny's since AI. He kills this! It's been on repeat for me all day. That was truly , truly anointed . One of my personal favourite Christmas carols, but my favourite rendition. It's not just the voice or for that matter, or quality of the instrumentation,
a lot of it has to do with your anointing and the fact that you (and all your singers) are singing so genuinely about Someone you all obviously know and love.
