As Jordan Brand continues to celebrate the icon, rumors of a classic returning with a modern twist have surfaced.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Bred” is making a return with a glossy look as the upper is rumored to receive the patent leather finish. The lateral quarter and overlays are completely blacked-out. Meanwhile, the toebox, heel counter, ankle strap, and Nike Swoosh stand out in Varsity Red. This release also features an exclusive box that corresponds with a glossy finish and 3D Jumpman emblem.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Patent Bred” is now set to drop on December 30th via SNKRS and at select retailers for $170. you must be an idiot because that's literally what collecting is, things raise in value over time because they aren't available anymore and lots of people want them so they get rarer and the price raises, one could say anyones dumb for buying anything more than it's original price, I could say anyone that spends more than 30k on an 80s or 70s ferrari is dumb because they only costed about 30k when they came out but are now rare and not made so they cost a lot more, it's collecting, that's what it is, get over it.
I was able to snag 2 pairs for retail. Hit on Finishline & SNKRS and haven’t worn them yet. Both are DS and though I do plan to wear 1 pair sooner rather than later, I’m hanging onto that 2nd pair. I feel like that’s a $1000 shoe all day

The black laces feel more plush and silky I think I noticed the same premium feeling laces on the Varsity Red 85 Highs and maybe the Silver Toes also but I might have swapped those out from another s the silver laces were wack
