I really don't care whether I wear fake or legit ones, but I certainly don't want to pay $140 for fakes. I asked my aunt to cancel the fake ones she bought from Amazon that sold for $140 and bought the real ones at Footlocker for $110 instead. If I'd be wearing fakes, I could buy them for just $45.

I see that the real one has a slight imperfection on the molding of the sole. I thought I was the only one coz mine has that too. I bought it on the nike app and got it a few days ago it was weird looking at it coz I also got a J1 last year on the app and it was perfect. I was so ready to return it until I saw a lot of reviews who has the same promblem on their AF1s.. Nike needs to fix that.. We are paying full price we deserve a perfect product. One of this days it won't even matter if people are choosing Fakes..

Very informative video. My hobby's not shoes but this is still an enjoyable video. Not throwing shade on anyone else's hobbies but I personally can't justify spending a ton of money on shoes anyways. I spend like $70 max on a pair but I have other expensive vices so I can't judge. Still, thanks for the vid.

completely agree. even if the fakes are cheaper, its ultimately expensive on your health and the durability of the shoe itself. when the original will give you comfort and last you a few years, the fakes can cause feet, leg and back pain and wont last more than a few months.
Just bought a pair of used Nike Air Max 90s off eBay and the first thing I notice was how flimsy the vinyl leather was. To the point they’re not much support. So I looked up the model number and they matched. So do the fake put the real model numbers bc now I don’t know if they’re fake or just poor quality on these models.
Now a days it’s hard to spot the real and the fakes and in the past it was more obvious, like the pope construction on the inside and such.

My fake nikes has all the same except a few things, the color yeah i guess it's somewhat a yellow hue, and the back of the heal from the top it says "AIKE" lol, but the heal lining is also a consistent 5mm, and the ✓ sign has like a triangle stitch in the middle sticking out on the top, not ON the sign but like above it

This is a very good video. You have no Idea how many stores in Mumbai are selling fakes which are so good in their making that it is impossible to figure out the difference. What should be the actual price of a Nike shoe in a proper branded store, these people are selling for 1/10 of that price and claiming that customers are getting "Genuine" shoes for that price !!! I went to check these shoes since I only wear branded arch support shoes becs of my flat feet. the prices were very tempting. I knew they were fake the minute I wore one !! It felt so hard on your feet as if I was standing on a rock !! comfort factor - ZERO !! These fake shoes are probably made in some sweat shop with cheap labor locally but they copy every single nuance of the shoe to the T !! Even the Shoe engineer from NIKE will find it difficult to say the difference !! I wish someone sues these fake stores for fooling people.

Now just imagine how hard it is without a side by side comparison to an untrained eye...
