      i think pogba knees are naturally hyperextended, so he can afford to do that with low weight

    why you'd train only bicep for a football player ? maybe pull ups are better or any other functional training and pogba dont full strech your leggs plz

      Marlon D'hoore Pull-ups I agree are better but if you think about it, the biceps are used for pull-ups so if you want to get stronger at those doing biceps curls are going to help.

      Shoeshi it’s better to just not use the smith machine AT ALL. It limits free range of motion.

    can someone give me some workouts for upper body strength and lower body strength workouts i could use the machines for the legs but i want to know more

      Search up on youtube for the upper body strength work outs. What you want is chest, back, shoulders, arms (triceps, biceps), lats.
      As for the soccer players. You want to prevent injuries so as you can see a lot of core movement exercises were done by the french players.
      Barbarian squats. Quadriceps (Front squats), planks, abs work outs and so on for the lower body. They also do a lot of agility works such as ladders for speed and sprinting.

      Joe Banaan they Are not training to get bigger, they are training to get a better stamina in their muscles, that's why they do many reps. As a footballer you don't need to be big but you need to have muscles that lasts 90 min
