Man I wasn't even near the rail and I could feel the fire in the crowd.
That’s pretty typical
I felt that shit from over by the tent
Thank God the members of the band are ok
Glad the pyrotechnics are also ok
Road dogs. Ultimate road dogs. Not giving up, not backing down…just like the song itself says. Much love and respect to them and to you for having such a great channel.
Wishing nothing but the best for everyone involved.
I was front row on the rail for the show last night and that shit was hot as hell. I can’t imagine being up there right next to the flames. Hope everyone recovers quickly! ❤️🤘🏻
"throw me in the fire lemme burn for eternity"
My goodness! Grateful they are going to be ok. 🤘💚
Glad everyone seems to be okay. I wish the whole band as fast as possible healing process !
Bless your hearts for playing on. Love you guys you're the best.
Crazy. Can't be getting caught on fire. Need to review the pyrotechnic procedures. Glad they walked away from it.
Probably the wind messing with how it would be. The weather was blech
It was crazy. I'd say I was about 100 feet from the stage when this happened, and I could faintly feel the heat from that pyro.
Holy shi&*&. Can't wait to see Matt's upcoming POV, hope he covers the details!!
Damn bro glad y'all are ok! That was so sick 🤘🤘🤘🔥
I watched this show and the wind was crazy and they even had to turn off the fire cannons for a bit. Even though they had to stop multiple times, the show was an amazing thing to witness.
I don’t remember any wind. I was being crushed by the pit and surfers. Maybe that’s why? I missed the whole song the 3rd start because of surfers. I do remember feeling the heat from fire even though I was about 100 ft away
I also do hope all band members and other people on stage (@Matt Horn) are okay and did hopefully sustain little to non injuries. 🙏
All the best from Germany 🇩🇪, Philipp 👋
I hope they recover quickly. Sending my love
except for Ronnie
@@scrapp1368 Aren't you edgy.
@@scrapp1368it's funny. People sit here and say he is a bad person, then go and do this. Where do you get entitled to the point it's okay to say you want someone to be hurt because you dont like them.
@@scrapp1368 He still thanks you for the money you give him.
Glad Luke and Christian are ok. From watching the video, Luke looked a bit scared by what happened
They probably need to tone down the pyros a little bit so it doesn’t happen again and go worse
Glad everyone was ok, we were there and they were awesome!
Absolute top level performance from the band this set.
I got burned by pyro... James from Metallica says hold my beer
Michael Jackson said Hold My hair
@@DanaOrtizAnd nose
Amazing performance still
Love these guys
What?!! Omw that's terrible hope they are all okay poor Luke
*Members got injured*
Ronnie: I'm ok guys don't worry
Check out Matt Horn (Luke’s drum tech) for this gig. A lot of the light rig melted away. You can imagine the intensity of the flames
Them Videos are sick as it gets
Man, i havent heard any falling in reverse in years, i kind of gave up on modern music quite some time ago, but FIR was one the main stream bands that i actually have had some respect for. i loved tech back in the day too, so ill be giving this a listen to in a little bit. im enjoying some drinks, so i think ill let myself go a little bit, and then jam me some new jams! cheers!
This has to be a bot no one talks like this 😂 unless this is Ronnie...
@@sebastianfischer2082Think it's Ronnie's burner account. Who tf has respect for FIR 😂
Oh damn that's crazy I hope they are alright though.
They will be fine thankfully!
@@RockFeed I am glad to hear!
Glad they are OK.
man was literally getting cooked, light roasted in the fire
I was there and could feel the heat up in the stands so I know it was hot as hell on stage. Glad they are recovering and they kicked ass playing through the pain
Wind = stop pyro. Period! Glad they're ok!
So sorry! 😳🤘🏻
I was a few rows from the front and the heat was immense
Reminds me of the time Chester Bennington and Andy Biersack broke bones on stage and still finished the show
Luke's poor drum tech was freaking out when it happened. No really, he has a video of it and showing the position of the pyro units and what the issue actually was. Good, clear backstage video of the problem as it was happening.
Rammstein are experts in piroes actually. Singing into burning mics and so on. Manage to do it all safely somehow too!
Yea they put on a Insane show lol
They really do put on the best show in metal. If not the best gigs ever
The Germans are truly a marvel.
@@TheSharker yep, better than Marvel IMO, ha!
Not the whole band. Till Lindemann and Christian "Flake" Lorenz (the keyboardist) have pyrotechnic TRAINING. They had to hire a pyrotechnics company because Till "wasn't exactly being the safest pyrotechnician" and from the tone of the article I read sounds like he nearly sent a few venues up in flames. There is an entire Metal Injection article about it. Professional pyrotechnician Nikolai Sabottka is their pyro guy.
Sorry but the "Rammstein are pyrotechnicians" kind of bothers me when so many people say it. Nothing against you just a me thing👍.
Damn comments is fresh
Jensen Noen directed the Ronald video! He also did the video for Bleeders by Black Veil Brides, both were absolutely amazing videos!
That concert was the best
I’ve been to concerts where I could feel the pyro in the crowd/pit. There have been time that I was very hot from it so I totally see how the wind could really effect things.
RIP Luke! Melted and kept playing lol. It was an insane show. I knew something was up during the set. Matt has pics up of the melted lighting that was next to Luke. Extra crispy! The place emptied out after the FIR set, boys are a hard act to follow!
Are they are acts to follow or just have a specific audience? Don't seem like that great of a live band lol
@@sebastianfischer2082you may not like them but I can assure you their was bigger than the misfits crowd there
@@sebastianfischer2082 Misfits headlined the night, and the like 80-90% of the crowd left before the headliner. FIR should have headlined last night 100%.Talking like 15,000+ people just left. As for acts to follow vs specific audiences. I saw old people, young people and all in between having a blast while Falling played even with the pyro difficulties. Was a good time!
@@asuraXTC is that supposed to be a good point? Aging punk band that never had a hit when they were relevant has smaller crowd than pop group! Now that's just crazy talk...
@@GP-Music. Bad comparison Misfits suck live and are an outdated hardcore band without a hit (one of my favourite bands still) Falling in reverse are a pop group of course they are going to have a larger audience... Doesn't mean they're better and certainly doesn't make them good performers
They had fire in many songs, im sure the front row felt it
I felt the heat from it
Graphics are cool, but fire is for real. Got t be careful!
Usually the fire is real at a show
brian please put your sumerian vocal audition back up somewhere so i can hear it one last time 😭
Beasts man
Those Pyro techs should've compensated for weather conditions..... the whole purpose of being a tech!!!!!!
They were cooking!
"Hurtful words from my enemies in the last five years
What's it like to die alone?
How does it feel when tears freeze when you cry?
The blood in your veins is 20 below"
I hope everybody is okay.
''watch the band burnnnn'' HAha!
seriously now, wishing the fastest recovery to everyone
Are they okay because I saw them last year in June at New York in Madison square garden.
That was the storm that moved through Texas, killed four here in Houston alone with 100 mph winds.
Bro said, " A whole nother"
Blows my mind.. the crowd reaction when Ronnie saying “should we just play through the fire?..upload TikTok later of me in hospital bed?” Smfh. Man I hate they got hurt but glad wasn’t worse. Also, glad Alex wasn’t there bc he might’ve just tried jumping through the damn fire!
I mean he was there the next day lol 😂 not the same stage though
He did show up on stage not long after this haapened.
Yes fire must have been bad, But they also had problems with the backtrack because one of the times Ronnie stops because the "Rap part" is coming in wrong in the song.. its coming in late and that fucks upp everything when that happens
Small correction, the flames were not in the front, they were in the back and that is why it got so hot and so crazy for them.. That wind just blew the flames right on them. They were all sweating really bad as well because of the sheer heat from them being so close to the fire. Glad no one was seriously injured, but, I would have stopped the pyro and then continued with the show. They kept having to stop because it was severely hot for them and then the burns came along yadda, yadda, I would have rather heard them play and be safe then to use the pyro for a good visual and get hurt like they did. But they were all troopers and powered on for their fans...
What wind bro ? I didn’t feel no damn wind
@@asuraXTC But they were higher up as well. And when the Pyro's flair up like that and that high, the slightest of wind will throw them off. Even if there was no wind, /the sheer blast of the Pyro's would make them unreliable. I loved how he was so polite and kept thanking everyone.
Crazy. I remember a story forever ago of Tom Delonge almost getting burnt in the MTV2 days. Foggy memory but I just recall him talking about it
He is good!
How long has Luke been in the band
Fire is always cool, i love it! Tho to be fair the fault is with the pyrotechnics, they are professionals and should have seen the potential issues and said yo na could be more dangerous. but im glad the band is ok
I was there for this was “ LIT”. Lmao
That's why Rammstein is always lubed up when they're performing, insane. Glad to see they're okay though.🔥
There was no wind. I was there
Even last night (Saturday) during breaking Benjamin set, I wasn’t even close to the rail and felt the heat
What's that really big falling in reverse song called? I can't remember.
Popular monster? Watch the world burn? Voices in my head, Ronald?
Good girls bad guys? (The one that blew up on tiktok)
@@michaelmoraniii3825 popular monster!! yeah that's it thank you
@@echxwxlf it was popular monster
MMMBOP.
Some people don’t understand how hot that actually is
The Ronnie song is awesome. It absolutely begs you to jam it on a good sound system.
That was a crazy show. Ronnie was joking and laughing it off. Couldn't quite tell at first if it was staged lol
I was up in the stadium tho. Ppl down by the stage could feel the heat.
I was there, they were cookin'.
I feel bad for Luke playing so many times, the song is hard af. He’s a weapon though! Give the man a pay rise!
Trust me, im p sure everyone gets their equal share from tours, and ronnie prob pays them a lot of the revenue from the streams. I agree tho that luke is awesome
Hottest thing in town! 🔥….. nah glad Luke ‘nd them are okay tho 💯
Sounds like they're trying to have their own Hetfield moment ...
Wow I hope that they are ok. DeJa view like what happened to James Hetfield due to the Pyros. Wishing them a speedy recovery 🙏
Remember when blakie lawless hair caught fire when he lit the wasp sign
His drum tech has video from behind luke
First! Hope they're okay!
Is the laptops okay?
After Tech didn’t come out he just said fuck it, turn the fire back on.
He wasn't even there.
i don't trust ppl that keep their yt in light mode
I was working the barricade and it was HOT lol
Did they fall in reverse too fast?
DO NOT PUT ICE ON A BURN.
Oh no
Yeah they gotta be careful with that stuff man.
How did they not stop instantly after the first blast? There has to be a way to kill the pyro, right? or is it all synced to the click??? Seems like there should be a kill switch for stuff like that.
There is, this is just bad practice
I thought they should have stopped the pyrotechnics it looked like the stage was on fire from the stands
It is triggered by their backing track system (2 macbooks). But of course there is a way to just mute these trigger-tracks but their singer insisted to keep the flames coming.
They even cooked half of their light rig. Melted their plastics right off. But probably because they moved the flame throwers a couple of inches. Which is bad practice. Their distance to nearby equipment is usually measured beforehand and should not be changed during a concert.
Just turn them off and keep the show going.
I have huge respect for everybody in the band and especially their crew. But their reactions were only half professional in my opinion.
Next time, do as the pros do - cover yourselves with petro jelly or some similar trick. OR - ask Lindeman ;)
Good to see you guys are OK \m/
New song coming up - Watch Luke holland Burn"
This first time was fire. Second time was the band got off sync with the tracks. Third time it went fine.
Was dissapointed alex was in the video clip
Hay rock feed rockstar mayhem festival plans to return announcing a announcement sometime next week what are your thoughts
are the pyrotechnics okay?🥺
my dad blew me he did that in 2017
He also called that Devin dude out for a fight and Devin didn't show up 😂😂
Yep, it's funny. People claim they will fight, then don't. Let's see if he goes out and talks shit again xD
0:38 just that marvel isn't nearly as deep as even just their last song ^^
Yooooo what
The wind was sorta average for the area but had bad timing for sure. Luckily the burns weren't super heavy. The set was great except when Ronnie stopped to complain about tech not being there and decided to bring back the pyro
They’re all pulling a Hetfield these days
Ok im glad it wasnt worse and everyone is ok. The part that gets me about this is like....no one thought of it as it was happening or before it but also didnt do anything about it during it...and not just ones but 3 fkn times!? How dumb does 100k ppl have to be for no one to just say hey....just dont turn them back on!? As soon as it started getting winding, i would of at least said make them not 40 foot flames!
I was there. I was thinking that they should just shut the flames off. But what good is any one person in a crowd of thousands going to be in that regard?
Flew to close to the sun
why is that my dad.he showed me on the phone mean he doesnt have an arm
