It's quite surprising that they charge to hire wheelchairs. At theme parks in the UK, it's free. You just pay a deposit sometimes that you get back when you return the wheelchair. How is any of this legal? IBECCS is a private company not a federal entity. The ADA says you should not have to give any information in order to have accommodations.

I am not sure about regular wheelchairs. The ones that I they charge for are the electric scooters.
