How about a video on the best bars in Disney World? When we take our next trip over Thanksgiving week my daughters will finally be old enough to set free to roam on their own. The wife and I will be free to do some resort bar exploration with Grand Floridian as our home base.
Ha! Are you just trying to find my ideal video? I would love to do that, but probably not until I'm done with the parks themselves--should still be before Thanksgiving though - Brian
Update: Universal Orlando's "Islands of Adventure" and "Universal Studios" now allow you to use Universal Express™ for EVERY ride; including the Harry Potter rides.
Hi. What a great video!! I've been at Disney several times, but I've never been at Universal Orlando. I intend to go with my family on December or January. Are there many refurbs at the parks on Januany? Where I can find this information?
Yes, absolutely. Not sure what order, but I'll be doing that, Magic Kingdom, Islands of Adventure, Disneyland, and California Adventure over the next 10-12 weeks - Brian
Thank you Brian. These are great, they mirror some of the touring plans on the website. So glad I subscribed, its going to help so much when we head to WDW in November.
Great Video! thanks for that! Love the maps! hahahaha =D Is it possible to do Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure in one day Using the Express Unlimited? (I will be going next week with my brother who is also young and healthy, meaning we can walk fast! hahahahahaha) What would be a good strategy? Cheers
Yes, absolutely. With the Express Pass you don't really need a strategy so much, since you can ride anything with minimal wait. The pass doesn't work on the Harry Potter stuff, so do one of those lands as early as you can--either Hogsmeade or Diagon. Then make a lap of whatever park you're in, switch parks via Hogwarts Express, do a lap of the other park, then finish with the other Harry Potter park. - Brian
Ah yes, thanks for pointing that out--I forgot about that. You're right, no one really stops there, but it does allow you to head back over there before official park opening and get on before the masses - Brian
Lol, no worries. When you have worked for Disney and Universal and have plenty of friends in the UA-cam media for the parks (like Attractions Magazine, Inside The Magic, Orlando Informer, etc. etc.), you learn all these things ^_^ Nice to meet ya Brian!-Michael
Thanks so much for doing this video, Brian! How busy is Universal Studios Florida on their Extra Hours Days? we are looking at 3/17/2020 while down on Spring Break, and I am trying to figure out why USF is showing a 6 / 10 that day? Open to any feedback that you have regarding this. Appreciate all that you and your colleagues do - stay well and happy holidays!
That is an "interactive" wand so it runs around $50 or $60 (I don't exactly remember). These allow you to complete spells at various places in The Wizarding World. The non-interactive versions are around $40. - Brian
well.... now you have to do islands of adventure 😉
I love your map/crowd planning videos - you are excellent at presenting these - thanks so much!
Thank you so much, I love doing them and it's nice to hear that people enjoy them. - Brian
Very good video, really appreciate it.

Could you do a touring plan for a family that wants to do BOTH Universal parks in one day?
That's a great idea! I got way behind on my maps, but I'll finish the (first round) of the series this summer and I'll add that to the list. - Brian

Is there a scan of this map somewhere to download or buy? Thanks!

Thank you! There are no current refurbishments known for January, but keep an eye on this page: touringplans.com/universal-orlando/closures - Brian
Great video. Any plans to do Hollywood studios?

TouringPlans it does work on the HP stuff now.
We did it without express passes two years ago. It went great. We're also doing it in May. How did it go?
Please do Islands of Adventures
Can you do one about island of adventure
I certainly will--I got a little behind on these but IoA is coming. - Brian
I thought the Express Pass DID include the Harry Potter rides now?
Yes it does.
Magic kingdom!
^_^ Love the video but one note:
Early entry also applies to Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem, thought let's be honest, everyone goes to Diagon mainly.
