That raccoon was HUGE! I know lots of people dont understand why you have to dispatch the preditors but they are taking stuff from your family and they gotta go!

Stephanie, I can unfortunately relate. I was on Vacation in Fla with my mom and dad when I was 16 yrs old and my mother ultimately died the day before we were going to go home. The range of emotions that a young girl goes through in that kind of trauma is indescribable.thank you for sharing. I for one know how hard it is to relive the memories, Stay strong, your not alone.

How many goats do y'all have? Looks like a lot. Steph I really enjoyed hearing about your young life. I lost my mom in 1990 to cancer and my dad in 2006 to COPD. My parents were the best a girl could have. I lost my first husband in 2004 and my daughter in 2013. I remarried my 2nd husband on March 27, 2010 he passed in 2017. I am the oldest of 13 children.
I'm sorry for your losses.

God certainly works in mysterious ways. My mother died when I was 14, too, one week before I was to be 15. I know the shock and emotions you went through. But think about this; if your mother had not have passed then, would you have met Brandon? "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Rom 8:28 (My very favorite scripture.)
Could you please figure out a way to let me know that you will be dispatching animals in a video? I didn't expect it in Stephanie video which is why I watch her's. I suffer from extreme depression and just can't handle the killing.

Wow Steph I'm extremely sorry for the lost of your mom I know exactly how hard it is especially how young you where. My biological mom gave me up when I was a couple months old and I was raised by my Grandma who became mom to me she passed away when I was 11. And my hole world got upside down. I bounce from house to house. When I was 13 the cops found my BioMom and told her I was a minor and needed to take me and my sister in. She said yes but not even 24 hours later I found myself being the youngest girl in a group home where I would spend the rest of my childhood. Me having 4 small kids I feel just like you. I wouldn't change a thing and I wouldn't want to have my life another way. I try as much as I can split myself all over. This the 1st year I got the 3 little ones in t ball and softball. I just never want them to feel like mommy wasn't there. It was nice for you to share your story. It's very brave of you. Your a wonderful mother and wife. ❤❤ You deserve it all. ❤lmfao (I'm my husband rebound girl to lol 15 years later we still happily married lol) 😂❤

Stephanie sorry about your mom. Carry her close to your heart. It’s funny how life moves on. We mother’s spend our lives giving our children what we didn’t have. I’m 68 and am still doing it with my boys. My boys are now adults and every now and then they will say something about their childhood and it pulls on my heart strings. You and Brandon are doing a great job with your children but do yourself a favor and share these memories of your childhood with your children. It’s important. A turtle trap is easily made with plastic netting and 4 inchpvc, Make a square, about 4 feet, and attach the netting . With boards on theside they can climb in but not out. Then iyou can dispatch them.
Yeah I can't take a chance on them hurting one of the animals but also one of the children what if they stumbled upon one it didn't know good shooting their Tex. 😄😄. Now you need a big long neck and a little boat collect all your destroyed turtles and take them somewhere far far away cuz they're going to smell bad.

Personally I was raised at an orphanage with a church of priests and nuns, due to the neglect of my mother… it only helped raise me to the woman I am today!

Couldn't you put the critter out of its misery before you worried about your precious tree. P.S Isn't there a more humane trap that you could be using.
Snapping turtles can be cleaned and cooked. My family used to catch them on trot lines or jugs and clean an cook them.
I am sure there are plenty of recipes on line.

Hi Stephanie. I'm a new subscriber on your channel. I love all kinds of animals. I was raised in the big city in Vietnam until when I was almost 20 years old when I came to this country. My father passed away when I was 10 years old. I know how it feels to loose a parent at such young age. But I am like you, I survived the difficult childhood but that made me a stronger person as I am today. I'm retired now, have two children and recently have a grand daughter who is now just turn ONE year old. I love her more than anything else. I love your and Brandon's channels. You should pump the water out of the pond where the turtles are get rid of all the turtles and then let the Pawn Feel backup as it rains
