Loved this explanation! I just decided to learn Italian about 3 days ago and had no idea about the articles (though I have studied French and Spanish in the past which helped), but this video was easily understood and I already feel a lot more confident identifying these. Thanks a lot!

I learnt more in 20 minutes watching, listening and reading everything in this video than I did in my 5 years at school learning Italian. The method that used to teach us school children Italian was not good enough by a long shot.
I already understand the basics of the articles in Italian, as I had spent 5 years at school learning Italian. But I watched this video to see if there was anything extra I had to know about Italian definite articles. I learnt tonight that I only knew the basics about Italian articles. ie that you use "la,le" with feminine words and for female ownership and "il" for masculine words and for male ownership. You gave me extra information I didn't know I needed all in 20 minutes.
You could some money for your time and effort putting these videos up onto youtube. ie you could monetize your videos with advertisements. Many companies want to advertise there services and products. Hence many youtubers allow companies to advertise their products and or services on their videos, then pay the youtuber a small amount for every video that a viewer watches with their advertisements. UA-cam takes a big percentage of the money that youtubers earn from advertisements.
