I am sure that some one has mentioned about adjusting the Youk that holds the plow , but I will say it again, RAISE THE LEFT WHEEL ABOUT 3 TO 4" ON SOME BLOCKS AND WITH THE PLOW SITTING ON A LEVEL FLOOR , ADJUST THE YOUK SO THAT THE LAND SIDE IS VERDICAL AND THE BOTTOM IS FLAT ON THE FLOOR, doing this should help to keep the plow following straight behind the tractor. And always use the smallest pully on the motor you can. Water in the tires could help.
Dad had one of those in the 50's also. Back then gardening wasn't a hobby it was a necessity It was said the David Bradley would pull that moldbord plow faster than a good mule could pull a similar sized plow. thanks for the memories.
David Bradley tractors are so cool,if you can find one buy it! I bought one to snow plow my driveway and walkway I love it.in the coldest theater it starts with three pulls unbelievable. And its 66 years old and still loves to work!
My dad had a David Bradley when I was young and at home. That tractor was a work horse, I used a disc, 8 inch turning plow, cultivator all behind this tractor and no regrets. Made many gardens with it.
I have one that looks exactly like that one. Original engine. It has a sickle bar mower on it. It's too fast I think. I need a starter cup for it. The air cleaners seem to go missing on most of the ones I've found.
We had one back in the 1950s when families planted BIG GARDEN'S I ran one every summer an plowed snow in the winter BACK WHEN MADE IN AMERICA WAS GREAT TO OWN .Now Im sure it would be made in CHINA .

My Dad had a David Bradley that had a sickle mower, harrow and plow attachment, nifty, later he got a troy bilt that I use today. He passed in 2021.

Nice machine
great video. why do you hose it down? I thought it was best to keep equipment out of the rain and dry?
matt s
Soil is extremely corrosive and bad on equipment.

I wish you still had a axle for one. So i could build my own. Cant find one here in ms for sell with paying a arm and leg
the old boys would fill the tires with water for extra weight
Calcium
In Florida they used water because it was so warm where it wasn't warm they used calcium so it wouldn't freeze and bust
What size tires do you have on there
Starts plowing at 2:35 ish
