@ryanburick We stock a flexshaft adapter for the Foredom BL Bench Lathe. Be careful though. Companies make adapters for their own motors and they rarely fit different brands. We have not see a univeral flxshaft adapter.
+val treff We don't sell Dremel products so we aren't very familiar with their products. Flexshafts all work about the same, but You should search for a Dremel distributor for advice.
+Arcane Moon The most obvious time to replace your shaft is when it breaks. That is noticeable when the motor is spinning but the handpiece isn't. Other than that, you can check the shaft if it starts making a lot of noise when the handpiece is running or if the handpiece "slips" when running. These would be indications that there is a problem with the shaft.
