Any recommendations of other lubrications? I don't have access to this oil at the moment and was hoping to use an alternative

Use a decent grease, something not corrosive to the plastic shaft hose/sleeve

Hey man, masturbation is no laughing matter. So always be sure to lube your shaft, just don't flex it too far.
