Just a bit of advise for everyone , it is always a good idea to replace the small return pipe spring clip once it’s been removed because it won’t have the same tension in it when you put it back and can cause the return o ring to move about and leak.. I hope this helps someone... 👍

You make it look very simple, respect. I have a jerky ride when hardly pressing the gas pedal on my 2008 Citroen C5 HDi and I presume it is a clogged/bad fuel injector. Hi mate I can remember that my reason for injector replacement was a diesel leeking from injector fuel supply. And yes as much as it was annoying having a diesel around that injector it also affected a start of the car sometimes it can even give a fault such as too low or too high fuel pressure which might give eml or starting problem. I remember turning car over a few times before it start and liturally require only one turn over after replacement done.
What colour is a smoke if its blue it would indicate a oil burn somethere or if its white a coolant burn in a system sometimes if a car been standing for very long time some white smokes is normal untill all condencation burns out also now is cold so smoking more then normal is actually normal.is there any engine lights on?

Sir, I have Puegeot 407 2.0 , 2009 year.. It's engine oil temperature sensor is not working , at gauge , it shows at 0 always. I tried to find the reason and suspect that someone removed the sensor plug as can see a green plug hanging behind engine. May be the previous owner has some work done over there. I want to replace it myself ...but cannot find any online help. Did you made any video for that before ?
I have the same engine in a 2009 Kuga, im told number 2 injector is faulty, watched the mechanic pull each plug, the engine acted how it should when injectors are pulled. Until he got to number 2. Nothing happened. So today, i repeated what he did, when i pulled the plug on 2, the engine acted how it should. It does it across all injectors. Had problems for weeks now, shaky engine, poor acceleration, occasionally limp mode. Poor starting, even after 3 or 4 attempts, as soon as she starts, engine malfunction and esp light come on. Ive cleaned the EGR, renewed the throttle housing, and even a new acelerator pedal!! my problem still persists! Could the injectors be caked with crud? And the tank is alomost always full of fuel. Sorry to be long winded, any advice welcomed. Also thanks for this video, doesnt seem too hard of a job?!
If you occasionally have limp mode with esp + engine light on you can check your turbo boost valve. It's cheap and easy to replace so maybe worth replacement and see if it solve your problem

I have got an problem with my injectors after ultrasonic cleaning them, I have the same engine as you v50 2.0d d4204t After a short time between the cleaning and the test drive 1 injector shuts of in higher rpm 2000+ now I got this problem on all my injectors the first thing I was thinking about that they are dead but I think they are not because it runs fine under 2000rpm do you have any suggestions for me? I have torque the nozzle caps 35nm I saw it was 30 so may be that be the problem? Or something different I don’t really know the issue I’m trying to find it!!

@@nathaniel.h7124 i think you have one injector stuck open or shut sometimes when you clean too much it blocks some dirt and the injectors need to be disassembled and cleaned or completely replaced

Le couple de serrage de la bride des injecteurs est de 4 nM + serrage angulaire de 45° d'après la revue technique. Mais c'est pas assez, écrous ont tendance à se desserrer à cause des vibrations. Personnellement, je les serre à 10 nM et je contrôle après quelques kilomètres.
You need to make sure the number on a top of injector is same then you dont need to tell your car you swapped it. If you have lets say number 4 on top of your injectors and you put 1 with number 6 on it you will need to tell your car about it with diagbox or peugeot planet othervise it will run very rough
@@gembowicz you don't need to program it, if you just use same injector type. Injectors have a code and also a number on top of injector it's either 4, 5 or 6 and if your injector and replacement injector matches top number and part number you don't need to program it. I haven't yet done a video of injector swap as a full 4 injectors with different spec swapped and programmed.
Best way is to soak it in injector crack spray or wd 40 over night should come out easy after that. Alternatively you are risking to damage injectors if you gonna use to much force

Hi, I have a small / big problem I don't know either 😅. I started the car yesterday, it went round for a minute and then the engine suddenly changed, it started to hit something, it looks like an injector. I put the VIDA diagnosis on the car, no error, nothing. I cut the injectors one by one from the tester, when I deactivate it on 2, the car goes in 3 pistons but it doesn't seem like that beat anymore. Okay, I changed the injector with another good one in the garage and it does the same, I can't figure out what it has .. The car is a Volvo v50 2.0d PSA. @@TheAmazeer I’ve just changed an injector On a Fiat scudo injector number 9647247280, bought off eBay, same code as the ones in my scudo. Changed it, no coding, turned the key and fixed. No misfire, engine management light off. You only need to code them if they are different mate

Hi mate it could be injector seals if you see something looking like oil around injectors it's usually diesel wich looks like a black sludge after a while. If injector seals are gone you would hear a puffing sound. It might be a damaged fuel return connector leaking diesel and getting tiny bit of air in a system. It would explain a smoky start and poor performance for first few minutes. If the car would struggle to start you would probably be looking at sticky egr. I would get it scanned first with diagbox

You must have your injector leaking.. Do you have engine défaut warning that pops up when running above 2000rpm?

You should replace the copper washer they crush down to form a seal reusing is silly

It might be just injector seal. Check the claps around injectors if clamp is loose it might be that copper washer on the injector nozzle making noise.
It does sound like injector seal gone
Or a faulty injector possibly
