Sr. Counsel Justice P.D. Naik, former Judge of Bombay High Court, has been an Icon for almost every advocate who has appeared before him. Great explanation given by him on Bharatiya Nagarik Nyaya Sanhita 2023!! He has been one of the best judges I have ever known at Bombay High Court, Mumbai.
I would differ on some interpretations, particularly on S. 187 BNSS. Police Custody is available up to 60 days for investigation of offences punishable less than 10 years. Where offences are punishable with 10 years or more, police custody is available till 90 days, is my interpretation.
