@ 2:27 when you lifted the door to fit the compleat inner wing flexed. Also dont forget the door is empty and light and will fit diffently when loaded with glass etc. So before doing anything id load up the door and get it fitting correctly before fitting the front end
Looking promising. Could some of the driver's side door problem be due to wear in the hinges themselves ? The driver's side are bound to wear more than the passenger side. I know that you said that the door fitted before the strip down, but it could still be a contributing factor. Best wishes.
I hated everything about bolting my front panel on 😢. Tried for months only to find out my subframe was bent. They take so long messing with those panels. Hope you sort that door out 😊.

I know mate, im gonna play about with shims on the bottom and go from there but i have one of those feelings....
