Looks like you had fun with the hinge 😬. Glad you've got somewhere with it. I feel lucky because mine came out easy. I've just finished my door skins & I didn't enjoy it with trying to get the door to fit in the hole with the new skin on.
Felt your pain when the bolt snapped and how quickly it escalated. Nice find with the replacement hinge.
Yeah frustrating but better at this stage than nearer the end of the resto, im sure it wont be thd last one either

Ive a few doors to skin so will be getting good at it hopefully by the time I get to these ones
Quite a tussle with the hinges. In my limited experience, the roll pins tend to break rather than wear out. Best wishes.
