I'm really trying to enjoy listening to this, but as a tech, that projector being taped on instead of actually mounted is giving me some insane anxiety.
They're an awesome band, and sound great live; but I've been in a tense atmosphere such as this, playing bass, and it really detracts from it all :/ I feel bad for the guy
Love the sound of this performance, though I detect an awful lot of tense/broken relationships within the band. For instance, the drummer has to keep the 2nd guitarist in time with his stick clicks (I've seen this in other King Krule videos too). Archy doesn't wait for the bassist to finish tuning after Bleak Blake, and as a result, his bottom string is slightly sharp (Listen closely at @2:20). While he frantically tries to tune in the into, listen to the drummer shout "Oi!" to get him to stop
i love how the drummer always sings along
i could listen to that drummer all day
Incredible that he was doing this at 18-19 years old
I refuse to see another concert until i have seen king krule live.
man this is not even an excuse ;0
Fucking NEED to see this dude live before I kick the bucket.
The bassist killing it though
It's like audience is completely oblivious to him. If I was there I'd be mesmerized
Fader fort shows are usually free so bring a lot of people who don't really care about the music.
zack3c still, I feel like I’d be like “holy shite who is this band!?”
Maybe they are mesmerised
James and George look soo young ahhh🥺
i wish his guitar was louder but his vocals really come across well live good for him
This is what made me start making music. Seeing a kid my age doing it i was like i can do this too.
He still wears that shirt to this day.
Archy Marshall is OG as fuck, I can't stop listening to his music. I gotta get it all.
That first song is Bleak Bake :)
this dude is amazing , and i love his experimental music
Wow sounds great live! From 0:00-1:50 the song is "Bleak Bake" from his new EP.
i wish his guitar was louder but his vocals really come across well live good for him i like that he starts w/ bleak blake PLUS his drummer is sick
