Do you have to twist to the left or right? I mean, we all have a side we are most comfortable twisting. Is there a side that is better or tighter?

There is no better or tighter direction, its based on preference or how you learned to twist. Whats comfortable for me is twisting to the right, you don't have to twist to the right if the left is more comfortable for your fingers.

I learnt to twist in a particular direction and been struggling to unlearn that direction to relearn the other direction cause I was told a particular direction was 'better, tighter and long lasting'. It's been a pain.
I'd just improve on the direction I am comfortable and confident with.
