It was so satisfying seeing the theory getting basically confirmed in Yesterday’s Lies. The moment we were told that Eda’s human realm disguise was named Marilyn, I immediately thought of Gravity Falls and when Stan said he had an ex wife named Marilyn.

UPDATE Y’ALL! THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. In a dvd commentary of Gravity Falls, Alex Hirsch in character as Stan Pines mentioned that he was married to a woman matching Eda’s description named “Marilyn” for a day before she robbed him and disappeared! In the new episode it was revealed that while in the human realm, Eda took the alias of “Marilyn”!!!

As of yesterday’s lie and Eda being confirmed as going by Marilyn in the human realm I’m just rolling with this as canon, I don’t think we’ll get a full cross over (Disney would be hyping that up not cannig the show) but still it’s a really cool fact and I’m glad to know that these universes are connected

How many people are returning to this after the latest episode of The Owl House confirmed that Eda's alias in the human world was indeed Marylin.
