I'm 11 years old I love anime but when it comes to the hands it's impossible so the reason why it becomes impossible is either the hands are too small or proportions are all screwed up and also whenever I try to draw a left eye it will not match the other. So half the time the eye will be winking or have a rose / eyepatch over it.

Hadn’t gotten the passion of drawing till I was 15 and started drawing from a website showing how to draw characters. Then, at 17, I started to draw anime characters from tutorials and screenshots. Then, at 19, I try and draw my anime artwork in my own idea and TBH, I was having huge struggle with them. And here I am at age 22-23 already drawing anime characters properly without any struggle, but still, I need to uncover more of the 50% practices I wish to do like poses, angles, and other hands and feet gestures. Also, here I am looking at my anime artwork my 19 year old self did and I’m giving out the Excalibur cringe face while questioning my work style. Embarrassing, but still quite as memorable. ^.^’
I also uploaded my drawing progress video yesterday. It also contains anime drawings from age 12. My anime were cringy. But after practicing a lot my drawings started getting better. I'm 13 now
Wow, my art from 11-12 looks similar, the miku drawing looks almost the same (because I used a brushmarker for lineart haha) but age 13 (now) I stopped drawing anime and focused on an own artstyle and realism
I'm legit the same age as you and I'm not even used to drawing the body yet TwT and I've been practicing for years now. (well sort of, it's kind of an on and off practice but in June of last year I decided to practice for good. ;; with still no improvement TvT)
yeah, ur right. I've been slowly getting back into drawing again and i'm alright, but just don't feel like where i should be :v I need to improve my art since i want to become an animator (my new dream job, last one was game dev). I'm turning 16 later this month and i have 2 more years of high school left until i'm an adult artist going into college *~* Hopefully that's enough time to have decent skill. (Traditional 2d and 3d animation i pursue)

I practice by watching tons of tutorial videos! Hands are hard to draw, using yours as a references is a very good way to practice too :)
