The cost and labor of replacing the quarter panel would've put him well over budget. The body man did a good job. He pulled the impacted area's and used bondo to smooth and create new bodylines. I don't get why so many people think using bondo equates to being cheap. I assure you, half the cars on the road today have some type of bondo repair.
I believe it is a blessing to live and work in the USA, in Canada there businesses cost into the millions of dollars to just start, not including how hard it is to get any certificate and mandatory education to even work in the automotive industry.
