Great to have this on UA-cam. I like hearing level headed discussion about West Ham.
Absolutely love your podcast and look forward to it each week. I am trying to temper my excitement, but do we have the potential to reach top six this season, especially with no European competition?
We do have the potential, but the competition for european spots is fierce. We could be playing well and have a very good season and still miss out. We have the regular big teams, although man u and chelsea could have off seasons.
Then there is tottenham, villa, newcastle and perhaps brighton, thats 10 teams including us already aiming for european spots. Then there is always the chance of another team having a fantastic season like we have seen previously. Palace if the had hit their form earlier could have been a contender last season and i have a slight feeling fulham could do well this year.
Good work - you deserve more subscribers.
I just love your analysis. Very insightful
Just a brilliant listen!!
it's exciting seeing the rapid progression each game as the players adapt to lops system
at the moment the opposition is getting too much value from a high press as more often than not we panic with a long ball, but you can see kilman and mavros now starting to carry the ball when gaps open up as the opposition try to cut off the easy passing lanes to the flanks and through center.
With more confidence and better movement from teammates we'll start seeing teams sit back a bit more as pressing so high is going to cost them when it starts to really click.
Then we'll see much more of that patient build up that lop wants to play and with it much more involvement from the likes of kudus and bowen.
So good to have a top manager at the club.
Good show , will share
Good listen guys.
love the show ...thanks a lot guys !
You guys are hands-down the best analysts of the game of football. I’m not sure what is in the mainstream media football-wise in the UK (I’m in Australia), but you should have a slot on TV analysing games. An absolute must for anyone wanting both the reasons why WHU are winning or losing. There are lots of “broad brush” pods and vids, but nothing as in-depth and balanced as this! Keep it up guys!!
So many interesting points and well delivered. Not just stats for stats sake but explained and analysed. Thanks lads.
I'd loved to have let you loose on Greenwood's West Ham way Hammers.👍
great insights lads, think AWB really showed us what weve been missing by playing coufal
I won't be happy until Kudus is moved from the left, he is wasted on the wing. If Summerville is going to be on the left, where dose Kudus go then? If Soucek is once again Favourite Head Boy!
He’s better on the right for sure but you get to see his talent anywhere. Our two best attackers play in the same position. It’s an annoying anomaly
Great breakdown lads, hope we can make a real challenge for the Caraboa Cup.
Excellent video, love all of the analysis! Really looking forward to seeing how this season progresses! ⚒️
Love the podcast. Glad to hear I'm not the only person who hopes the way Soucek was being played could become our plan b or c. Not sure if that is wishful thinking.
I also wondered if it was an attempt to put him in the shop window like we did a bit with James Collins. A bit of a stretch I know.
Loving this content guys. I love hearing your analysis
I was so looking forward to your joint review. It didn't disappoint. Great review, guys.
Kilman and Stones.... phwoarrrr
Another great show lads - expertly broken down
