You are so right Anita, it does anger me and make me sad both that we pay for health insurance to see doctors that are giving us bad advice. I have many family members who are taking so many medications and with those medications, come all the side effects of each , just to be on an never-ending cycle going downward. 😮💨

It’s getting harder and harder to have any faith in our broken health care system. I’m a retired RN and what I see makes me sad and mad. Pills, pills, pills that’s all they want us to do. Thank God for the few MD’s in our community who help guide us to take care of ourselves. I’m so glad I can order my own labs every 3 mo and manage my own health
