You need to be focusing on your POSITIONING before your branding. If you don't get your positioning right to begin with, your branding will NEVER be on point. Plus, getting your positioning down makes your branding easy. It looks/sounds like you may be thinking and wanting positioning, but calling it branding. They are not the same thing.

Changing your company name to the common use word Kit is going to be a huge mistake. Huge. When someone googles, kit, they're going to get results for everything except your business. I see small and new companies make this mistake all the time. It's very weird that a 40 million corporation would, especially one that specializes in connecting with customers.

Sharing the internal call with the agency is genius, lol. Wonder if this can be replicated/repeated because if the team knows that the call might be shared they might not be as honest with their opinion next time.
After that first one we started sharing every single internal feedback call with the team at Koto! Being honest in our feedback is the best way to reach a great result, so we definitely continued to speak openly.
